Everything is working great. So much better than my son’s Bluecruise and it’s paid for! Is there a tutorial for what all the different adjustable parameters do that are in 2.1? I’ve got them set according to Ajzride’s suggestions but don’t really understand what each does.

Thank you. Exactly what I was looking for. Blue pilot is working very, very well. It exceeded my expectations.

Is there a setting for automatic lane change with blinker activation and blind spot clear? Right now you nudge the wheel after blinker activation. Bluecruise allows auto lane change and won’t do it if blind spot sensors note something in the adjoining lane. With a few adjustments, the lane change that now operates with the steering wheel nudge works very smoothly. It does a surprisingly nice job. Just would be nice to do it like Bluecruise.

I think this is the most amazing tech support from any product I’ve ever gotten. ?

I went close to two hundred miles up and down I35 and some city streets. Lane change is very good. My lateral control seems very good all around. I do notice minor but fairly constant ping pong in the wheel, but I really can’t say it can be felt in actual motion. Almost flawless, but for some odd reason twice in a row toward the end of the trip the lane change suddenly decided to revert back to the original lane, almost like it thought it detected a car in the next lane though none were there. I do need to figure out how in the current configuration to shut off stop light and stop sign recognition. I don’t think I am ready to turn that responsibility over to the machine. Overall, this system is, even in beta or alpha or whatever experimental stage it’s in, far superior to Ford’s Bluecruise. I realize Ford has to be far more conservative because of liabilities but they should consider junking Bluecruise and investing in perfecting this system. I doubt my advice is worth much to them, but it’s free.

Also, I’m wondering if there’s some way to change the screen time out when trying to adjust parameters? Maybe to five minutes? When trying to fine tune the curve and other settings in Bluepilot, by the time I figure out what I want to do the screen blacks out. It would not be so back if it would return to the same screen but it goes back to the beginning. A genuine first world problem.

lane change factor is too low.

I do need to figure out how in the current configuration to shut off stop light and stop sign recognition.
Turn off “experimental mode” on the toggles menu

haven’t figured this one out yet. I just enlist a copilot to help.

If I turn off experimental mode, will I lose lane change without wheel nudge?
