I really dislike how that mpg screen goes from 0-40mpg. Ain't nobody getting anywhere NEAR 40 mpg in these things!

Flex fuel from the factory is an obvious one.

You should try it in Canada. The scale is useless. If the distance setting set to kilometers, that mpg changes to liters/100km which is what we use in Canada. Problem is that the gauge is pegged right 100% of the time because LESS km/100 is better economy. So the gauge pegs right all the time. Totally useless in Canada. Should be able to be properly programmed. Come on ford.

1. Transmission - make work as it should, nice and smooth. Im over its capable of "learning". No, it's not.
2. Software updates - deliver me a polished finished product from the start; otherwise, dont ship it to the dealer.
3. Memory settings - probably not the correct name, but fix whatever is causing me to have to readjust settings i saved (i.e. dash, exterior mirrors, seat position, ambient lighting off (this one drives me nuts - i like it dark inside with all displays dimmed down. Its relaxing that way)
3. Beeps and such - give me the option without forscan to turn off some of them. Sometimes they're so obnoxious they make driving the truck stressful at times.
4. Quality - make a commitment to producing the best trucks and do it. Learn from mistakes and make it next to impossible to make them same mistake again. I believe ford is capable of this and burying the competition. On one occasion, ford secured 5 of the top 10 spots in most vehicles sold in a quarter.

1. Color - ability to have my truck wrapped however I want to customize it at the dealer before picking it up. I'm sure some dealers due this (i.e. tc customs in AL). Why not all dealerships? Such a huge $ opportunity.
2. Wheels - ship the trucks to the dealer with cheep steel wheels and let us decide on custom wheels at time of purchase using ai to generate pictures showing different wheels.

Ship all trucks with a factory 3” leveling kit. Make the transmission smooth as a high end sports car. Send them factory with 600 HP and factory all wheel drive. And consistent 23 - 25 mpg

Get rid of CD on the 5.0. I don’t need a V8 sounding like a civic. As far as mpg I had CD turned off on my 18 GMC and mileage stayed the same. Made no difference in the real world.

It's easy enough to turn off the speed assist. My adaptive cruise works just fine without it.

I figured that out After some research in the owners manual (duh) Also how to turn off the rain sensing wipers. Now if I could just get a refund for those since they don’t work.

Don’t focus on Value Engineered solutions to make your mid-managers bonuses. Those VE decisions cheapen every part of the truck and make it feel like corners were cut.

carpets cut too low, cheap plastic, using pressure fittings instead of metal fasteners/screws, lack of support for sunroof so it rattles all the damn time, cheaper battery that requires frequent replacement with actual appropriate battery, discolored interior lights because your parts bin has different shades of blue LEDs…

Some want more options, on more trims, Some want less. Some want more tech, some want none at all.
Bigger engines, with more hp, or smaller, with better fuel econ.

And function and or reliability complaints, that I can't relate to at all.

I too wish it had a beep. I was not happy with the light for the mirror and added this:

I cannot tell you what a difference it has made in the BLIS functioning of this truck. I almost never use the mirror BLIS and seldom take my eyes off the road to see the indicator light.

I thought about splicing in some kind of beeper but I could never find one that would beep once when activated and then not again until it reset. The ones I found were either buzzing/beeping or they were off period.
