Try hooking up a charger to battery when your attempting to flash your truck.

Just a head's up, this forum is dedicated to the 14th gen F150's. The BDX tuner is not compatible with this vehicle platform. Depending on what you're trying to use this tuner on will be a big factor for any possible issues you're having.

If I had a nickel for every time someone posted here about a vehicle that isn't a Gen 14 F150 this month I would have two nickels. Which isn't a lot but it's weird that it's happened twice...

No worries. It happens. If you're having low 12v issues when trying to apply the tune then put the battery on charge for at least 3-4 hours before attempting to apply the tune. Ford's default 12v SOC level is set really low at 80% and often causes issues when trying to install tune files or updates via FDRS. Get a decent charger like the Noco Genius 10 for keeping thew battery topped up for stuff like this.

The BDX is the new tuner that you can go through the OBD port. I would put a charger on it. I always put my charger on before I tune just to make sure battery is fully charged. You might have to reset your BMS for the battery.
