Looks like the clear coat on the lens. Have you used any chemical cleaners on your headlights? Unfortunately, you would have to strip the rest of the clear and reapply. Guarantee dealer will replace entire assembly assuming the warranty claim is approved.

24 3.5 here, 0 difference in fuel mileage. In eco mode the gas pedal is basically non-responsive. I found it better just to leave it in normal all the time and modulate the throttle if I'm trying to save fuel.

If they are OEM sensors the truck should pick them up automatically. The only thing required by you is to drive, after a few miles it will register. As mentioned above for 24 and up trucks they changed the frequency.
