Thanks for chiming in with your experience. In a weird way it's nice to know I'm not the only one with this issue. I'll have to try that trick you suggested to see if it works for me. I'll report back how it goes.2021 F150 - I have the same issue, appeared to have started after Power-up 6.4.0, but not exactly sure. My wife an I both have the Motorola Z4 and mine has the issue her does not, yet mine works great with every other blue tooth device I have. If I place a call, click the button to send it to the phone speaker and back to the truck the call works fine. It's a pain, but a work around. Thinking about new phone, but read somewhere another person did that and the problem reappeared. Sure would ne nice if Ford offered a way to back out updates to see if that is the problem or not.
I see a pattern so far that we all have Motorola phones. Maybe we got a bad set of chips during Covid in our phones?
