I tried mine this morning and no-workee. On 6.8.0 '21 PB King Ranch. Ran errands and when I got home Ford Pass was working again Lock and Unlock.

Sat on a chat for an hour last week after receiving an update and no longer was able to remote start or lock vehicle via fordpass. The fix was to log out of fordpass and go out to truck and turn off all connectivity, exit vehicle, lock truck, wait 5 minutes. Go back in and turn back on the connections, log back into fordpass. Bingo, this worked for me.

That may work for some there is another issue confirmed.

I can no longer activate automatic update. Been like this for over a year now. Granted I have an STX but it's pretty frustrating that an available option like this doesn't work.

My TCU has been toast since my last round of manual updates earlier in December. I have tried all of the things. Pulled the plug out of the TCU for hours, disconnected both 12v batteries, pulled the fuse, re-PMI'd, and tried provisioning over FDRS all with no luck. I thought maybe I just bricked the unit during the last updates but apparently I'm not alone. I am also getting a "Lost communication with Gateway A" code U0146-09, None of my FordPass stuff has worked since.

We worked on this one some last night. We worked through a few things and come to find out the gateway module seems to be bad. I believe the artifact files have been corrupted during an update. I couldnt write to it I had a lot of loss of comms with the TCU and gateway.

Went to do a PMI in FDRS and the installer detected two missing files I tried to update with USB and canbus. Failed both. Fords servers reflect the gateway has all files installed. So it was surprising the PMI detecte the two missing files.

We will install a new gateway and it should resolve this. So maybe another issue to look for if you are having no ford pass and no connectivity.

We will update if it is resolved after the new gateway is installed.

May have the bad OTA issue. Youd have to let me look at your vin and see.

I just figured out the fix recently and this is going to become a HUGE problem for Ford. BIG TIME PROBLEM!

I've faced problems with remote start failing recently. After troubleshooting, I reset the FordPass connection on the truck and removed it from the app. Despite re-adding my truck, I can't activate it again; I keep getting an activation failure. I tried troubleshooting with Ford on the app, but we couldn't resolve it, and we got disconnected. Has anyone else experienced this recently? I suspect the latest OTA update might have affected my connectivity.

I have a similar problem, my remote lock/unlock/start in my Fordpass quit working. I uninstalled the program, and reinstalled it. The same. I then deactivated my truck and tried to reactivate it and it refuses to reactivate. Does anyone have any suggestions for me to get this fixed?
