Here is the invoice and the work order that they did, if you will notice all the updates with the exception of 1 were done the last week or so of May of this year. That is the time that they had it. I hope this help, please let me know how it works out for you. Eddie

I am waiting on FordPass supervisor to call me back. I have been on the phone with them now 6 times. They say my modem goes ofline after about 45 minutes. Therefore the remote commands will not work after that time and my OTA updates do not work either. Welcome to quality control.
