this is me every time I spin it the wrong wayIn haven't touched the drive mode selector in almost 3 years. Guess that’s why I never notice.

Drives me nuts too. F150 software must have been designed on the other side of the equater. ?ok, I'll clarify. On the explorer, both the gear and drive selectors both go in the natural direction of the dial turns as if it is pointing to what is wanting to be selected like the mode on a washing machine. However, on the F150, the drive selector goes in the opposite and unnatural direction as if you're spinning the modes. So for those who do this upgrade, be prepared for the new rotary gear selector and existing drive selector to behave differently.

any thoughts on best product to polish the face? It’s a used shifter so I expected some micro scratches on the dial but just curious.
I would likely take them off your hands…I’m in CalgaryIn a week or so I’ll have a working expedition shifter (without the drive mode button) and possibly a trim piece from Ajzride available. I’m in AB Canada. I ordered both trim pieces and also ended up committing to 2 shifters. Only need one and one.
Picture please!I thank Ajzride for bringing this subject to life.
This morning I installed a rotary dial shifter, using the outstanding bin made by Alan, aka Ajzride.
Mine has the forward shifter position.
