I have a total of four remotes with cut keys. Always have one remote at each of our two homes and travel with the other two keys. I hope to never be in a lost key situation.

This morning I replaced 30 amp fuse in location, 91. No more fault warning or hyper flash. In my case the fuse had failed. Don't know why it failed. 31k and three years of use. Never towed anything. I too found many of the fuses not seated fully.

Thank you for your investigation that suggests another source to examine. My 22 PB started showing the TB fault last week. Found this thread discussing this issue with possible fixes. I'll be looking into correcting this tomorrow. A big thank you to everyone that contributed.

I took my 2022 PB in last week for inspection and photos. Dealer was given the green light from Ford and parts on order. Not holding my breath axles will arrive anytime soon.

Maybe the upcoming RamCharger is the answer. They seem to have taken care of the payload issues and more.
