Really great modification I will do it if someone could sell the console with (+ and -) buttons.
Checked the link for the Etsy but its for the shifter without the above buttons.

Im sure someone here would be willing to 3D print the parts and assemble them for you.

Usually the switch that detects where the shifter is fails, since it can tell where it is, it won’t move.

I just contacted him and really he is helpful and said that he will post the new console soon for the expedition shifter.

Got kinda lost in threads here. Does the expedition with the +\- buttons work? Does it shift to park if you open the door like the normal shifter does? Are they year specific?

Redesign is not complete. I’m doing a partial test print now. Probably be Tuesday at the earliest.

With the tabs cut off it is only 2mm wider than the Bronco shifter, so the whole redesign becomes much easier. Open the hole up a 2mm wide to side and then extend it forward 40mm.

Definitely not going to be able to keep the big honking cup holder.

How big is the opening that’s left using this shifter instead?

When the other guy said the Etsy selling was adding the expedition model I thought the whole design was done and was shocked lol. You’re doing great work and many are going to appreciate it

Yes it works just the same as for the +/- and I believe it automatically puts into Drive if door open/car off in drive. I think as long as it looks the same it will work. Mine was listed as 2022-2024.

Has anyone confirmed if this mod is going to work on a 2025 truck? Somewhere in here it was being questioned due to CAN activities that are present on 24-25.
