No worries, I tried turning clockwise as well to make sure I wasn’t backwards. When I did, the light started aiming lower, so I went back to counter-clockwise. Confirmed the light starts going higher, but then drops back to its downward position after about 1/4 turn.
well ... it may be damaged inside
its not real robust IMO

I finally took the time to adjust my main lights and fogs to the service manual specs and the overall improvement is significant compared to what the factory sent them out as.

I just adjusted mine all the way up. I have a XL Screw 4x4. It was to high on my truck . I had to lower them some. Also the drivers was higher than the passenger side. I was able to adjust without turning the wheels or removing any screws. Just pulled back liner and used a socket with a real short extension. A deep socket would work. Mine was 13mm. Super easy.

Anyone have an issue where the fog light won’t adjust? A few weeks ago I was in front of my wife in my truck and I thought the passenger fog light was out. Turns out the right is just much lower than the left.

I hit the wall on the right one because you can see it adjust up, turn some more and it falls back down. I thought okay I’ll just lower the left one, and nope. The adjustment screw just spins around and the housing doesn’t move at all. Anything I should try or just bring up at the next maintenance appointment? Still under 3/36 warranty and I also have extended warranty with LED coverage.

Retired and not looking. I am driving the wife crazy.
I hate to ask this because there are 5 pages on this and I have only looked through the first.

Adjustment looks easy enough. Mine are too low as well. So, the question of the eon is which direction do I turn the nut to adjust upward?

Clock or Counter?

On my 22 Lariat SCrew with the LED Fogs, I believe I went Counter to raise them.

You can adjust the fog lights up or down. I raised the aim of mine up. I took the front tires off and then a couple front screws out of the felt wheel liner and gained access to the white adjustable screw. See picture of the screw adjuster. You need a 7mm socket to remove the black wheel well liner screws and then remove a black plastic screw holding the felt liner in. Pull the liner back a bit. Then use a 10mm socket and turn counter clockwise and the fog lights turn right up.
I had a piece of plywood about 75 inches away. The top of the fog beam was around 20” off the floor. I moved the top of the beam up to 24”
Test it tonight when it gets dark out.

I know this has been awhile, but I always thought mine were out of whack. I also have a '21 Lariat, but mine is a PowerBoost. I took pictures of both sides and mine doesn't have an adjustment I can find anywhere. I have a raised bracket where your adjustment knob is. Am I missing something here?

I could only barely see mine from under the truck and it was even harder to get the screwdriver on it between a small gap.

The fog light adjusters really are kind of a pain in the ass to reach.

OK, I tried doing a search for a 24 or 25 with fog aiming issues but unsuccessful.
I’d say I’m about 20, feet from the wall.
I have a 2 1/2 inch spacer left on the front only along with 285 70 18’s…
I’d say the very top distinct cut off of my beam is right at 20 inches.
Need to go up?
The other image is with my low beams on also

If you can see them from the driver's seat in front, thats about as high as you can raise them.

I raised mine, because they were aimed so low, I couldn't tell if they were on or not, except for light to the sides.
