Did you check the pop-up blocker? I'd turn it off completely. It may not work, but it won't hurt to try at this point. My only suspicions on why this isn't working, when I try to login to Ford.com on Chrome, the login goes nowhere. On incognito window it lets me login. So maybe FDRS login is going through my Chrome browser?
But when I run the Network Diagnostic check in FDRS it shows FAIL for FDSP and Login Server. So the FDRS servers are down or locking me out for some reason?
Just turned off ad-blocker. No luck.Did you check the pop-up blocker? I'd turn it off completely. It may not work, but it won't hurt to try at this point.
Well, damn. I would call support to at least document this to see if they can get you another license without you paying for it should you not be able to get it to work.Just turned off ad-blocker. No luck.
No I turned my VPN off and no DNS filter. Are you using a VPN or DNS filter on your internet?
You knew better. Is this something new? I don't recall loging in with the ETIS before. ?
I just tried the wife’s computer. Installed FDRS, transferred license. No login issues on Chrome. Same exact outcome. Keep getting the “HTTP 500 website cannot display page” error when trying to login to FDRS.I personally think you need to solve the issue with your default browser logging into Ford.com first.
FDRS appears to piggyback off that scenario.
I completely uninstalled Chrome and tried everything with Edge browser. Same outcome. What browser do y'all use? I use Microsoft Edge and it seems to play along nice.
I just close that window and then hit log in again. Sometimes it takes a couple times.I just tried the wife’s computer. Installed FDRS, transferred license. No login issues on Chrome. Same exact outcome. Keep getting the “HTTP 500 website cannot display page” error when trying to login to FDRS.
