I distain extended warranties (no offense to Granger, et.Al. and you who have them) and therefore never had one with Granger, my favorite Dealer or anybody else; but I have never seen FP Service Records accurate. For me the data shows the same entry no matter what the service. This goes back to my two 2017 Mustangs and current 2023 PB. i.e. Attached for the recall, which BTW doesn't show up as a service but pretty sure is in OASIS (@rugedraw feel free to check me on that).

I was scratching my head over why many were excited to see it back and functioning on the App. Gives me the PPoB functionality please, I'll keep track of my services myself and recommend everybody do the same to include keeping receipts and logs.
It the dealer wants to get paid for the work, it has to be in OASIS. I don't trust Fordpass for accuracy in any way.

Order option AE4, "Aerie suitable for two adult eagles and up to four eyasses".

I guess my distain for granger over a 2 week repair hold only to be told they won't work on hybrids anymore because they didn't want to spend the money getting the certificate to work on hybrids starting 2024 year kind of chaps me. I lost use of my truck for two weeks. I had to have my truck towed to stivers ford and they fixed it that day.
I personally don't feel bad for piling on them. I understand now what the issue is but I don't care. I don't know if they decided to spend the money and do the traing by now. They lied to me. They waisted my time. Kept my truck for 14 days and never was going to fix my truck. It's no wonder I suspected them.

It’s funny you post this issue, because I had similar entries in my FordPass for 2 visits I never made. Now, I recently purchased my lease, last week, and when I go into the app, it only has service entries I put in for oil changes and tire rotation.

And these are listed as prior owner’s entries. The dealer entries are gone, poof!
The dealer entries if I recall correctly were A/C service……fresh fish smell…

How do you add the “owner entries”?
That was in the old version of the app, I don’t think the newest version allows it.

It's at a snails pace, but Ford is actually back in the business of adding features to FordPass rather than deleting them. :)

Having 2 different current model "connected" vehicles in FordPass does help it feeeeel like more is getting accomplished. But not enough to hold my breath.

Yes mine is starting to rebuild
I like having some information on both vehicles as well
Plus..now in upper left yiu get a time thst ford pass updated with that vehicle

Posted as a service...but layer dropped away
No extra points

But the data we are presented in ford pass and at ford owner
Is often....more than often pretty non descript
But the RO number is there and if you get the service department to pull those numbers. It shows the ticket and everything done..
It's far from perfect
