Entering Maintenance info into FordPass. Why has that feature been removed ?

Update to reinstalling US version of Ford Pass. It looks like Ford Pass links my e mail address to my customer number that flips me to CDN version. As you can see in post #29, not a very helpful package as I can not add to anything.

@Snakebitten - I will talk to my buddy at the dealership and see what I can find out as to how the info is entered. Even my oil changes come up the same way. Not very descriptive.

Presumably, you are referring to attaching scanned copies of receipts? If so, can you explain how to do this? I've looked around through my app and I am not seeing this option. I agree that it could be a useful feature.

I don't have photo option to save any receipt on my app. Might have been removed.

Found a work around. As Bill, bp1954fromca, said above. On my PC I went in on ford.com, used my credentials and was able to enter the record from July. Checked on my Android and IOs FordPass apps and it shows. Lets see how the entry from my dealer goes today, see what details get put in.

I was just going to add that you can enter service details on ford's website on your vehicle profiles.

Sorry guys - I guess I'm an idiot, because I just can't find it / don't see it. Initially I was encouraged at learning of the "work-around", and it seemed completely plausible to me, so I logged on to my Ford account on my laptop - but what I'm seeing is virtually the same thing that I see on my phone app. I still don't see where you can add scanned receipts to your records.

On my laptop I logged in to the Ford website, and started at the vehicle's "Dashboard"; scrolled down mid-page to "Quick Links"; clicked on "Service History" where I could see past services that were performed; clicked on "Add Record", and it is pretty much exactly as the app. Did you guys take a different path?

No, there's no rece upload there, just the documentation portion. If you want to record images, you can use a google drive account (part of the free gmail account), create a folder "receipts" or whatever, set the folder sharing up to anyone via link and put your receipt images into that folder. Each record entry you just post the folder's shared link. It's there forever.

On my iPhone, I tried to do an Add Service but the Save Record button was hidden behind the keyboard. I can pull the screen upwards to see the button above the keyboard, but actually using the Save Record button was impossible.

If you are using an apple device, on the lower right of the keyboard is a hide keyboard button, then you can press the save record button

Actually that is not the case in this instance. Here is a screen shot.

There is a work around, once you have input the cost, re-select the service location, press done and the number keypad will be gone and you can then access the “save record” button.

Interesting, FordPass works for Adding a record, but Ford.com has a problem when doing an add:
