Good afternoon,
Would someone be able to check my truck out?

It was in at the dealer twice to fix the 1.7.1 update fiasco with no luck, they have ordered a new APIM and either gateway or TCU.
Am I stuck waiting on the parts or can I get this fixed myself?

Damn Vegas heat! My laptop overheated in the middle of my IPC update. I must have been over halfway through when the computer shutdown!!! Now I have my truck pulled partway in to my garage and a super long USB cable running from my laptop (now in my house) to my Mongoose. At least 2 more hours to go.... 
I can send you a link for the APIM files and you can do it yourself.

My truck has been at the dealer for a month now. Went in to update the APIM and TCU software. They both updated fine and then the screen went blank. They can’t get it back. Ford engineers had dealer order a new APIM (big surprise, I know, right) and the company that ships out the APIM’s (AER Te chnologies) won’t release the APIM until Ford solves the bad software issues and updates the software in the new APIM.
For the first time since I purchased the truck (Sept. 4th, 2021) I got a power up notification through FordPass on June 16. I also got a Powertrain Malfunction/Reduced Power notification through FordPass (while parked at dealership).
Can someone pls run my VIN through FDRS and see what they can find out for me (work performed, history, updates performed, updates needed? I would really appreciate it.

It's not exactly a "give it a try" thing.
Instead, it's how you update the APIM that so many dealerships struggle with.
The only thing required is patience, since it accomplishes the update at some point you have no control over.
The good news is that it's got a very high success rate, and you don't waste any more time replacing modules that aren't faulty to begin with.
No battery charger needed. This is a USB update. Just drive the truck normally. Ill send a instruction set with it when its readySo USB key and battery maintainer? Along with patience

Listen to Jesse he knows his stuff. My truck was stuck from November until June dealer had it twice ordered the non existing apim module was hopeless. With Jesse help and guidance My truck is up to date has latest updates.
Thanks Im glad you got everything up to date. Dealers throwing parts at trucks that dont need it. What a waste.

Ran FRDS today and it showed a new APIM update. Loaded it successfully and I am now at SYNC Version 22095 Revision 421.
Am I going to be blue cruising? FDRS does not show anymore updates for me. Do I need to do a master reset? Instructions in 21G01 say to do one through FDRS main menu but I could not figure out how to do it and did not see it anywhere in FDRS.
