In the past I received OTA with no wifi even after having the same issues of the entire screen being unavailable and now on wifi just received 2 more=zero rhyme or reason

I'd have to agree there is a much better chance of getting updates while driving. I got my trucks 1.7.1 lockup fixed last Tuesday, 14 June. Picked it up on the 15th and drove home 40 miles. An hour later I noticed on Fordpass that it had a OTA update to 2.1.0. I don't drive much so I put a trickle charger on it hoping that keeping the battery up would get updates sooner. It is also on a strong Wifi connection at my house. Today I drove the truck for the first time since then, 10 minutes to the vet. There wasn't any update when I left to go to the vet. When I came back out to go home it showed a new update to 2.1.1. I'm really starting to believe that it got the 2.1.0 update on the way back from the dealer and I just didn't notice. As soon as this update disappears from Fordpass I'll definitely be going on a little drive to see if the next OTA will come through.

Seeing a few 2021 F150s have a GWM 18.0 update with mine included. Checked 2 Raptors and a Platinum and they have it. Anyone else seeing this?

If you want I can send you a link for the APIM files. That way you dont need a license. Its going to be the update that takes whoever knows how long to kick off. 21146

PCM is Can Only so youd need FDRS for it

Actually I was able to get that update installed last Friday after the USB stick sat in the truck for almost a month. Perhaps it just didn’t report back that it was complete yet?

Yeah If you havent hooked up and ran a network scan in FDRS then it hasnt. You will need to for the newer updates to show. If its done then I know you have updates ready

Can someone please check my truck for me? My truck JUST updated to Version: 2181, Rev: 244, OTA from Version 1.7.1... Dealer had my truck yesterday for the trailer break recall and said my truck was update. I still don't have the camera at speed... Job 1, build date 12/04/20

If you have spotty or no At&t signal at your house, I agree it makes sense that your updates would occur when you're driving around town where there is a strong signal and your battery voltage is up. As far as I know all of my updates have occurred with the truck sitting in my driveway. I'm a suburbanite with good cell signal at my house. I just received 2.6.0 overnight/early morning Monday. Fordpass notified me at 9am. Not sure how long that notification takes.

Just in case others may not have noticed the Recall Alert is now removed from my FordPass app after getting the TRM recall update via OTA. No longer listed. My TRM OTA update was applied on June 8th
