You have cameras in motion now. Or you certainly should.
And without Forscan, you will have the bed camera in the side cards.
I love a fully updated 2021 Job1 Powerboost.
It's a much refined truck VS what I drove home from the dealership a year ago.

Yes! Sweet i just checked i do have it in the cards now! Cant wait to take this out for a test drive. I am very happy with my powerboost. Especially when i manage to average a 28 mpg average for my 30 mile trip back and forth to work. On a few rare occasions i averaged up to 30.5mpg for my trip. A long way from my previous truck had a Durango SRT that averaged about 12. But it also got me there and back a lot faster ???

Awesome!! I too have a job 1 Platinum. Did your dealer do the upgrade or did you just get the over the air update?

I took mine to my dealer yesterday morning. They kept it all day and called and said they tried to update it twice but it failed. I have doubts because the truck sat in their back lot for 7+ hours untouched.

The only thing the dealer did for me was get the TSB to work and 1 APIM update. The rest i did on my own from FDRS. The TSB wouldn’t work for me, they had to do some special stuff, idk what. They had my truck for a week and a half.

Update. Ford has not responded to my trouble ticket concerning the GWM server error. And now my $50 subscription has expired. The truck had 2 days rest when I tried again last night before my subscription expired. I see others are stuck at the same place including the dealers, so I guess I will wait to put another $50 in the machine until I see some evidence the final GWM update before BC is working.

I did setup OTA updates for daily updates but no activity there. I wonder if somehow doing these FDRS updates somehow stops OTA updates. Any experience out there?

OTA are only being sent out to 2.3 unless you are in the early access program. If you are past that in FDRS you won’t get the last few until they get a “for everyone” rollout.

Thanks. Not in the early access program. Was trying to get there via FDRS but it looks like Ford has blocked the work around on FDRS.

It does kind of seem that way. I am not in EAP but I was able to update all the way a month ago.

Yeah another guy has his truck at the dealer getting the same error. If I see his move forward I will let you know

@turbopilot I had that same error for each GWM update, mine always resolved by waiting to the next day. That final GWM update I completed this morning, and got the Fordpass message on my phone almost immediately. So its still working. Just seems yours is taking slightly longer to “talk back to the mothership.” I received that data missing error yesterday afternoon.

btw im not part of the EAP either. But got there through FDRS and weeks of blood, sweat and tears and lots and lots of money in parts and licenses.

While I was doing a PCM relearn this morning in ForScan I noticed a TRM dtc. I had my truck at the dealer last week to get the loose/sagging underbody insulators and reprogram integrated trailer relay module recalls done. They had to order parts for the underbody insulators but said they did the TRM recall? When you have a chance can you take a look and see what they did because I still have the TRM dtc and can't clear it. Thanks. VIN# 1FTFW1ED8MFC84166

Dropped my truck off at the dealer today for a few recalls and hopefully BlueCruise. Service guy knew about and Sid he had done some BlueCruise updates but warned me if could take them 8 hours to do. Will let you know what happens. Paperwork also said 22S12 (Wiper motor recall) "Not ready as of today".

Is that possibly the old TRM persistent DTC that all the trucks had a few months ago that maybe hasn’t been resolved for him yet?

Close to having BC. Ok You listen to ford then

now ford has gone silent... no response for two days so I decided to pick up my truck from the dealer. I am very frustrated with ford.

No. this is totally different. THat DTC is strange. I havent pulled it yet. Im pretty sure a PMI would clear it. THe firmware probably didnt load fully. or the dealer did something wonky

Still on stuck at 21281 (job1 302A) but applied the IPMA update that showed up yesterday (yes with the nano…). No idea why it didn’t show up for 2 weeks.

And now I’ve got the bed camera side card working (card enabled through forscan). Before the IPMA update the card was just blank.

So im happy enough now stuck at 2.3.0. Don’t get BC so not missing out on much with cams fully working now ??‍
