Click on the network diagnostics tab and see what is not passing, What version are you currently on, there seems to be an issue with the latest version connecting at times, I was able to do a clean install of an older version and it fixed my issue

I am on the latest version 38.5.5. The login server is failing.

That is the exact issue I was having, You will need to uninstall the latest version and roll back to an earlier version, i posted a link above to an older version I used to resolve my issue.

This is the sheet, but it's wrong. Both of my vehicles, 21 / 22 MYs are on the "23s" software (23237)

Well it was wrong for both of my vehicles too...it was out of date the week after it came out when we both got our APIMs updated...but it was probably accurate the day it was released (on the 19th).

I'm in FDRS right now. Works fine.

And as far as installing an older version...alternatively you can install the newest version just make sure you tick the box to delete user data during the install and it will all start working again.

I had tried that, the helm group support line stated that the newest version does not official support windows 11 and suggested I roll back, rolling back has fixed any issues I was having. I am also able to log in with no issue currently.

Thank you all for the help. I had to roll back to an older version. 37.4.7 and it worked.
i am on Windows 11 Pro. I am half way done updating all of my modules.
That's the exact same thing I had happen last week, same versions and everything, glad you were able to get it sorted, it shouldn't have any effect on your updates as they are all specific and pulled from the cloud anyway

Wow..so that's interesting...so other posters on the Lightning and MME sites reported that FDRS worked fine on their Win11 laptops prior to the R38 release (as recently as two months ago). So with the release of R38 trying to run it on Win11 is now a hard "No" I guess?

I'm still on Win10 because when I originally installed FDRS a couple of years ago that's what it called for...it is pretty strange that they haven't made it compatible with a version of Windows that's been out for two years now.

Anyone try to run it on Win11 in Win10 mode?

I run FDRS in Windows 11, but I haven't upgraded FDRS. Don't plan to unless some functionality becomes unavailable

I didn't know "Win10 mode" was a thing.

I remember "XP mode" on Win7 but didn't know they were still doing compatibility modes on Win11.

I tried compatibility mode originally, FDRS reads it as windows NT which is also not supported and gives the same login server failure as windows 11
