ECU module programming guide using FDRS

My 21 Job1 XLT PB 302A was in the dealership back in August 22 to resolve some of my issues including OTA's. I received 2 updates within 3 weeks of the visit (September) but nothing since.

1. Are my OTA's broke again?
2. Is there an update that fixes the ability for the trucks to use the stickers with Pro Trailer Backup Assist?

I am still unable to add a trailer - it doesn't seem to search or detect stickers.

My real problem is that my APIM/Sync is performing flawlessly for me currently and so far nobody has reported anything that I might desire enough to...... Well, make the effort.

Now other module updates are a different story! I don't even have to know exactly what they address, but the access cost is so low in time/effort that I'll fetch. Lol

No, I did mine from 1230a to 330a est. I'd suspect early morning or after dinner to be better. However given it's microsoft CDN, if there's a new game out it'd probably be poor again. I've got 2Gb symmetrical fiber and watching it use 1/2 of a percent of it is funny.

I think the email is a botched up marketing campaign. I don't think any of the F150s can support Sync 4A.

Update for me - I have been on here a bit lurking and was almost ready to start the process myself but the dealership came through for me. I have a Job 1 that had NEVER received an update. My Sync screen was blank and updates were grayed. It has been in and out of the dealership for 6 months trying to get it to accept updates. The local Ford engineer told me today that my truck was the reason the stop-updating bulletin came out in January. Now maybe they have figured it out for those trucks that were in the same position as mine. The write-up is two pages long of what they have done to it over the last week.

I am just so happy that my dealership never gave up and kept trying until they finally got it to work. The entire service department knows me and my truck. We bad-mouth dealerships (and I did too at the beginning) but I have nothing but good things to say about them sticking with it.

Is the lates APIM update (Software 23031_Product / Revision: 713) just for 2022 and newer?
Mine is a 2021 402A ... and I'm at 22293_Product / Revision: 610 currently ... and FRDS is not showing any updates available for me.

Curious if this is it for 2021 ... or if I have something goofy and need to take any extra steps (PMI or something).

Usually just did FRDS updates ... but did have the Trailer update (22-PU10009-TLC-CSM) come OTA back on 2/14.

Fdrs is showing the latest for everything.

the DDM and PDM will only update if you do a PMI or n each and it will pull the update but the OTA will come soon afteryou finish the updates

Thank you for confirming I wasn't missing anything.

Perhaps like XLT said ... it just hasn't been released for the 2021's yet.

Maybe I'll make use of my $50 FRDS investment this weekend and use it to re-align my 360 camera. It's slightly out on the front right alignment.

The re-alignment process is a huge PITA and (at least for me in the past) takes multiple attempts to get it to complete.
