Good Morning, I was wondering if someone could check my VIN to see what updated I need. I have a 2021 F150 Lariat it shows

21146_PRODUCT
SYNC Version 4.0.20262

VIN = 1FTFW1E85MFA22804
Wait, why doesn't he have an APIM update in the list with that Sync version number? His isn't the latest/greatest, so why everything but APIM?

Hi, Mike. In looking at the vehicle history, it looks like you had a new APIM/Sync Module installed in early December, so you're probably up to date on those software modules.

This is my truck, so would I be safe running all those other updates? I just bought the truck.

Really hard to say man. So many things can and have gone wrong the updates to these trucks. I personally had my truck completely bricked with a previous BCM update. Maybe @Jesse-Infotainment can add some insights. He's seen the good, the bad, and the ugly of F-150 updates.

I guess my main thing was to get blue cruise, I just wanted to make sure I wasn't stuck on the current version with OTA updates being messed up. My truck is set on a scheduled for updates and connected to WiFi. It shows on the Sync 4 screen that everything is up to date when I go to check. I seen other people on different versions etc.

I dont want to risk updating it, if the update will eventually come through.
