First try rebooting FDRS. If that doesn’t work, go back to the Helm site where you bought your license. Go into your account and find the invoice for your purchase. Try cutting and pasting the activation code from the invoice directly into FDRS. You can paste the whole code at once. It will auto populate the fields.

Thanks for the info, I have tried rebooting and manually typing or copy/paste. "Failed to active" is what it says under details with a 0x400000 error code.

Is the signal bar icon in the lower right corner green? If not, click on it and see if you can get it to turn green.

Yes it is solid green.

The 2015 mustang does show up inFDRS. Its an error. It is not supposed to it is only supposed to program the APIM. For all Fords with sync APIM programming is supported by FDRS.

Im not sure why the 2015 shows all the modules. It shouldnt. It could be loading the wrong software. Since the 2020 Mustang is supported by FDRS it could be seeing it as that year.

So I dont suggest you it anymore. IDS is the proper Diag software for 15 Mustang.

Can you use a J2534 device like a Mongoose with IDS? I thought you had to have a Rotunda VCI for IDS.

Had a "Driver Status Camera Monitor Module (CMR) Software Update" waiting for me in FDRS this morning. Any idea what its tweaking?

Yeah @Jesse-Infotainment said it was part of a package, but only installed the CMR. Wondering if there’s more modules to roll out as part of some kind of BC update.

We were hoping the BlueCruise 1.2 roll out was hitting. I have not seen this update on anything other than 21. 21-22 run the same package.

So interesting to see what happens. It’s about 45 min install. When you’re doing it and get an internal operation showing for what seems an eternity do not panic that is normal. I know people that do it will se it and be waiting and start to freak. Don’t.

We will se what comes next. It said it was part of a package and it would roll into other modules but it didn’t.

I was with Billybob trying to install the license key on his computer. When I got home, I tried it on mine and it worked. It maybe the fact that he has a Apple running MAC software and Windows 11 on the same pc. Might be conflicting issues. We will be updating his truck this weekend, and he will have a new truck when we are done.

I hope it's better than the current BC. The few times I've used mine, all is does is bounce me left & right between the lines that represent the lane making it look like I'm driving DUI. It doesn't keep me in the middle.....just sways back and forth. It's terrible.

Odd. People have different experiences. Mine is solid. I know others have good experiences also but I’ve heard other salt the same as you
