1. The GSM update isn’t really an update. If you hover your cursor over it in FDRS, you’ll see it‘s used for module replacement. Ignore it.

2. If your cameras at speed aren’t working, try these FORScan changes to the APIM, courtesy of @Jesse-Infotainment . Mine started working as soon as he had me apply them:

7D0-01-02 - AXXX-XXXX-XXXX
7D0-01-03 - X2XX-XXXX-XXXX
7D0-01-04 - XXXX-FXXX-XXXX

For me, I needed to make only the first and third changes. The second was already there.

3. I can’t answer your question about BlueCruise. I don’t have it.
Ok great thanks, I haven't done any FORScan stuff yet so onto the next adventure!

I see your issue. Your IPMA config didnt change.

Run a PMI on it .. Tell me as soon as you finish. If the PMI doesnt fix it Ill tell you what to change.

Ok I just finished. No differences yet. My PSCM box is greyed out though - should I run a PMI on that too?

No. That just means that it didn’t report in, not that it’s malfunctioning. Drive around and look in on it later and see if its still grayed out.

@islandboy47

One last try you can try to run the IPMA config and see. Be fore we go Forscan. Reason Id like FDRS to do it since will report immediately to Ford but if not then we will do forscan and after youll have to run a network scan in fdrs

I just ran the IPMA configuration in FDRS. I haven't driven the truck yet, but still doesn't look like any changes have taken effect. Thanks for the assistance on this.

Will the procedure described in the first post allow me to bypass the 1.7.1 update issue or do I need to follow TSB 22-2150?

When I read 2117 and 2150 they are basically the same except the new states some vechiles won’t work. Completing the tsb should make the update easier. If you can get the apim to update no reason for the tsb

Sorry to ask SO many questions here guys, you've been super helpful so far, but I'm pretty stuck on this one and it's my last day with the FDRS license. I spent nearly all weekend going through the TSB for the stuck APIM and then updating everything under God's green earth afterward and I'm finally at revision 365 and I have the bed camera working in the side card. However - 1. There is still a GSM update that is stuck (I have run it probably 6 times and it succeeds, but never clears) 2. The hitch camera button is now available, but doesn't do anything when I press it, and when I'm driving at speed pressing the hard camera button does nothing at all and 3. I haven't seen nor heard anything about BC being activated yet. I've driven the truck probably 5 times after the updates finished and it's been almost 24 hours since then too....any ideas here?

I wonder if my truck has a similar problem. Nothing happens when I press the camera button while driving. Bed camera works and hitch view seems to work though. Very strange.

New to the forum and I'm running through the FDRS updates and I have a newbie question...is there any harm in opening the door if it was closed when updates were started? I hate to cut power to anything, but need to exit the vehicle during this long IPMA update...nature calls.
