This may not work, but if one of you "no seatbelt" guys wants to try: I don't think most (if any) of you have changed your SWM to ECE (I did to silence an extra chime). Now, I know it's a chime setting, but the IPMA software developers may (I say may) not have thought to include that market in the new IPMA behaviour. Long shot, but maybe something to experiment with:
Disable Ignition / Start Engine Chime Seatbelt Not Latched using SWM = ECEIPC720-01-02xxxx x0--xxxx x2--
If you don't have 0 there, add 2. 1 to 3, 4 to 6, 5 to 7, 8 to A, 9 to B, C to E, D to F

As always, if it seems to have no effect, reboot the module(s) just to be sure; in this case, IPC and IPMA.

During a pmi on a module is there unique data that is shared with ford's servers? Pmi on modual without access to original.

Looks like the much promised APIM update has started rolling out.

Is this a new update that started rolling out of the one that started being pushed a couple months back? I suppose I could go out in the snow and look what I updated to at the end of the year but asking seemed a little easier :)

Finally! Thanks for the heads up. Did this APIM update appear on a routine network scan when you punched in or did you have to apply another update, like a GWM, before FDRS released it?

I am not sure but this is definitely a first one. The most updated version folks seen here is v24127.

This is from my mate’s truck though - 2024 Raptor R - the last update done was a GWM update.

Thanks for the clarification. Do you know how he got this version? FDRS or was this the version on his truck when he bought it?

Maybe. 2024+ trucks have a different APIM. Not clear yet that this is new software that can be installed on 21-23 trucks.

Good point I didn’t originally realize it was a 24

Was just at a locksmith getting some keys made, and I saw a sticker on their register with NASTF on it and it made me curious, has anyone tried getting a locksmith (vehicle installer) to assist them with credentials to update their BCM?

I did. I got crickets when I reached out.

In my head, it seems more like a show up with an active license and slip him a crisp $50 type transaction
