DRL + Tailights... How???

I want to run my tailights with my DRL's... How can I do this? I've searched all the settings with no luck... I see a few truck in my area all the time with them like this and like the look. I serioulsy doubt they are manually turning on parking lights EVERY TIME they drive their trucks. What do I need to do?

You can do it with Forscan. I don't remember what change it is exactly, but it is on the spreadsheet because I made the change myself.

I believe the ForScan option turns on the parking lights for the DRL. ALL of them, Not just the rears.

I have the tow mirrors... From what I can tell, the lights on them don't turn on when I am driving (day or night) or when the turn signal is on..

Is there a way to turn them on or is that only through forescan?

Is it possible to have just DRL in the front and the rear lights, without the front Parking Lights?
