Nope, different dealer “couldn’t replicate”. I think it’s between two “plastic welded” pieces if that makes sense. Pushing against the vertical edge of the armrest seems to get rid of it temporarily but returns when that pressure is release. I haven’t found a way to get rid of it

I just got my PB back from the body shop for paint repair on the driver door, and the noise is gone!

The body shop said the handle was a little loose.

Outside or inside handle? Did they say? My dealer has given up trying to fix it.

Also, put a piece a foam or rubber between this and and the metal door.

This was half of my problem.

I found the rattles using a bass-testing soundtrack on Amazon and adjusting all output to the door in question.

Good luck, and I hope you fix it.

I found a really annoying rattle, almost buzzing. It was the light bar for the ambient lighting in the door pocket.

This is the exact rattle I have too. Super annoying. Even more annoying is sometimes it's the driver door, and sometimes it's the passenger door. When it's the driver door, it's basically right where my elbow is on the arm rest. I press against the vertical panel with my elbow and it's gone, but right back after I release the pressure. I'm wondering if it's how the soft panel cover is adhered/connected to the door structure. I've got to find the answer though, I'm way to OCD for this crap, lol.

Same noise here. Anyone find a fix? I have the same sounding rattle from the drivers door. It’s been there since I purchased the truck (2023 F150 Tremor). I’ve taken it into the dealer twice and once they confirmed there was a rattle and put foam between the door and door panel. Second time they could not hear the rattle. I’ve also taken the panel off myself and put foam padding all over behind the panel. That didn’t get rid of it. It’s definitely intermittent and comes and goes. Sometimes not hearing it for a day. It drives me crazy, it’s a light metallic tapping noise. Mine seems to be more on the left side of the door. I’m thinking it’s either inside the door by where the window rolls down or the door latch/striker. I’ve wrapped the striker where the latch hits with electric tape and no difference. I’ve put some extra foam door seal around the door, and that actually did make a difference. The noise is still there, but hearing it less, not sure if it’s a coincidence or if I’m on to something. Long story short, has anyone found a fix? I’m annoyed and really want to find out how to fix this. I’m worried it is something internal and not an easy fix. Hoping someone else has some ideas or help!

Hi there! I can look into your F-150's noise concern on my end. To get started, could you please send a private message over with the name/location of your local Ford dealer and your F-150’s VIN?

Hey man, I have the EXACT same sound coming from my 23 F150. Did you ever find a fix? I’ve exhausted every option I could think of

Never figured it out unfortunately. I think it got better as it’s warmed up out. That or the AC is up and just can’t hear it. Either way I’ve learned to live with it
