Driver side door rattle - solution?

Hi guys,

I’ve seen tons of posts regarding similar noises and have tried everything (foam tape, adjusting striker, window trim, etc) for months. I am not getting anywhere and it’s driving me crazy. At this point i can’t stand driving the truck anymore. I attached a video you can hear pretty clearly if you put up to your ear and ignore the road noise. Has anybody been able to find a solution to this? Thank you!

My drivers side window rattles in the full up position so I just lower slightly. I think it might need to be calibrated.

I have the exact same rattle and it drives me nuts. Dealership said it was caused by the rear driver side door being out of alignment. Shocker, adjusting the doors did nothing.

I've spent months trying to figured out what is causing it. I pulled the door panel thinking it was the lock or a cable rattling on the glass but didn't find anything out of place. I'm pretty sure it's something in the B pillar but I haven't had time to pull all of the trim to investigate.

Will report back if I ever get it figured out.

My '25 PB developed a rattle in driver's door about 30 days after purchase.

Took it to the dealer, they found a loose screw. They also added more foam spacers where potential plastic rubbing could occur.
