My FordPass has been pending for over a month. I just hopped on and it asked me to activate it again. Now it is pending again. Does that mean movement or does it mean that it resets activation after sitting so long?

I now see in my “Message Center” that the activation was denied by the primary user. That means someone was in my truck on 12/20. I’m hoping that means my truck has shipped. Maybe like many folks on here, the truck gets delivered before the tracker updates. I can hope at least!

It was only right that they gave you your money back but did they say anything about "retrofitting" the tailgate with a step version. They probably do not want to bother but it is "their" fault. They should explore what is needed to make it right and not just a "here is your money back, have a nice life".

I should have pushed the issue and forced them into a retrofit, I have been beating myself up since last night. I can not lie - I am done with the entire process, waiting, waiting, waiting and more waiting, then backorder. They offered the rebate and i said OK

Finally... I have the 720 modules and 1812 total, so there has been some movement on this truck. Fingers crossed that they actually finish and ship it.

Still 954 modules here. I guess somebody has to get the last 2022 built.

Not the order, its on everything including the window sticker and the final invoice. The production line just "forgot" to include it on the build. Dealer credited the package in a blink of an eye, its just my knees are far from what they used to be - getting in and out of the bed without the step is going to be an adventure.

So not only are they taking forever with the vehicles, they are messing up orders too? For me a credit isn't good enough especially if its something I really hoped for. So what happened in the "final inspection" moments? Aren't they supposed to double check?!
