For Canadian I used the rail car number that does chat have me. If you’re using that same number for BNSF when you call it will give you false info like what you just explained. I just called that number that I posted above. They have the same info and are very happy to help.

Truck arrive to a port that’s 4 hours away. Should be arriving to the dealer in 2-4 days. Fingers crossed.

I called this morning. My truck made it to Albuquerque, NM. That’s about 4 hours away. I really hope we aren’t going to have to play that waiting game. They said should arrived within 2 days to dealer.
Vin view would be nice. I was just thinking I have a buddy that works at Ford dealership but in Tennessee (I’m in Texas). I’m going to ask him about vin view and see if he can sign me up. Not sure if it has to come from my specific dealer. That would be nice if he could!
