Do you still accept fordpass points as part of the payment? Last time i bought it was built into the purchase process, but not seeing that with the new website. Thanks!
Did you notice any MPG drop? I think the general feedback is no to minimal? Just got these installed today as well. Stock hanhook Dynapro AT2 were not great, not great were at only 23k miles, not great performance, etc. These coopers seem to have a lot of good feedback and did very well on...
Few other unknowns since we dont know ford's logic in this.
1. Does it kick on no matter what assuming it has enough HVB charge?
2. Did it kick on because i have my BMS set to 120% charge?
3. 12.7v is nearing 90% on the normal "agm voltage" chart, so its not like it "needed" to kick on the...
OK here's more pictures for anyone interested, figured id throw them up since ill be losing this detail on the app voltage app soon.
1. Starting voltage, 12.7
2. 12:59am Dip to ~12.46 as things turned on for update to happen
3. +/- 1:03am DC-DC kicks on, 13.13v
4. +/ 1:05am, DC-DC on...
Maybe that was part of the recent BMS update? Everyone here knows ford has an issue with update success rate, primarily due to battery voltage. So maybe its just an added saftey net, and "use it if you got it" type thing with regards to turning on the DC-DC as along as its above the 40%...
just to clarify, i was saying it clearly popped up voltage (assuming DC-DC inverter is the only thing that could do that) briefly during the update at 1am, i was obviously sleeping then, so it seemingly did this all on its own as part of the update, even though it has plenty of voltage since i...
Thought you and others might find this interesting. Seems the powerboost kicks on the DC-DC inverter during updates? maybe that was a known thing and i didnt know. Notice the 1am jump to over 13v.
@HammaMan @Snakebitten
My alert just popped today, scheduled it for tonight at 1am. Since i already have all the FDRS updates and already set BC1.4 via forscan, i guess this is just more of a "formality" update or just enabling the bc1.4 features "officially"?
OK so i made the 2 changes recently Hyins as suggested. and i continue to see a voltage bump up after each drive. Set charge% to 120% and set Ford Smart Regenerative Charging to disabled...
I have an LFP too. However, thinking about it, im betting tempature is playing a factor here. Im in missouri, temps have been 30's to 40's the past few weeks. I see your in coastal texas. Id imagine if my temps were in the 70's or 80's, id be seeing a bit higher voltage as well.
Ok some data for those interested. Had work trip so the truck sat for several days. Few notes
1. Truck started at 12.81v after a 2 hour drive
2. Put something in the truck at ~3:30am, so running boards out/in once plus fullwake up+ locking and walking away
3. This single event lost around...
You can go under BdyCM config, the "simple", so non as built, works fine and shows battery charge percent.
Quick update, i threw mine on the charger yesterday, then this morning i up'd the forscan charge % to 100%. There was some forum chatter about someone putting their's over 100%, 110% or...
So got the BT monitor installed, so just a little data from today. I did use forscan and update the charge% to 90% from 80% at lunch, so not much drive time for that to make any difference, but certainly not seeing the 13.xv you guys are seeing. But given the typical AGM voltage chart, where...
So i went for around a 25min drive (city, so plenty of hybrid time) and got back, and after 5 min started checking the battery voltage a few times with my multimeter.
Over a period of 20 minutes, it started around 12.7x and ended up at 12.95v. This was hood up, unlocked, and i was sure to...
It part # shows it fitting some raptors, etc, and the way the terminals are laid out and the connector cable, it seems to be in parallel, which still means 12v i think?

Got it on order!
Also, I was just looking around online and saw this diagram, its for the F-250, but looks like they put two of them back to back. Bigger engines, but i thought this was mainly used for electronics/etc, so interesting in that ford may have sort of already figured this out, at...
