Front camera only comes on at low speed, or at least mine does in a Limited

There are FORScan changes to enable (almost all) cameras at speed, and one to remove the "black box" in the middle of the screen for one particular view.Front camera only comes on at low speed, or at least mine does in a Limited
Camera comes on in reverse. I don't think I have forward facing cameras so I'm thinking on mine it does nothing.Interesting. I redact my smart assery.
Does your camera show up when you put it in reverse?
Thank you. Since I always back in everywhere I guess I've never activated it!It's a little button shaped camera mounted to your grill. When parked or moving slowly it provides a view below your hood for close quarter maneuvers.
Weird. Mine turns on the rear camera, but I don't have a front camera either.Camera comes on in reverse. I don't think I have forward facing cameras so I'm thinking on mine it does nothing.
Mine too.On my 2021 F-150 Lariat, this button turns on the forward-facing front camera. It helps to determine how close the front end is to any object when parking in tight spots.
Mine use to work on my 21. I used to use it when my niece was in the back seat while going through the car wash so she could watch it on the "TV". It hasn't worked in over a year. There's a known software defect that causes the camera button to be inoperable. Myself and several others seem to be stuck with that software version. I don't know which exact version broke it or which it was fixed, but I'm on 23159/915.

It's very annoying that Ford pushes new software to these vehicles that breaks features but then you can't get them fixed without paying a ton of money because the warranty is expired...
Flares, in case you're being targeted and / or chased...
If yours doesn't work you can pay a ford dealer $540 to update the software.
I think I'll pass, thanks! If yours doesn't work you can pay a ford dealer $540 to update the software.
Put your truck in DRIVE and press the button. You'll find out.Thank you. Since I always back in everywhere I guess I've never activated it!
