BLUECRUISE 1.4 IS HERE!!! Update Installing Now

I just put 1200 miles (towards 3500 for this trip) on BC 1.4 in the past two days. I'm really digging the improvements. I didn't think much of assisted lane change originally, but now having used it a lot, I'm hooked.

The curve speed reduction is ok too, although it doesn't always guess the right speed (takes it too fast and the wheel turns aren't smooth). For those that haven't seen it in action yet, it shows a little white box with a curved upward arrow in it and green border on the dash next to the speed limit graphic.

From what I can tell typically it’s a month or two.

How long does it typically take to get an update from the time it's downloaded to a early access program truck to a non early access program truck? When do you think Bluecruise 1.4 will make it to my 2023 F-150? I usually get regular updates and I just got the hvac update 1 week ago.

I've been tinkering since 1.2, but I had to make the following changes in the APIM to get the toggles.

I have a 2024 Lariat I purchased at the beginning of 2024. BC option for 90 days then option to purchase. I love the BC feature but find it ridiculous to have to purchase to keep using it.
After the trial period was up, it stopped working.
Six months later I purchased a subscription to Sirius radio. One week after purchasing, my BC started working again.
So my question is BC tied into Sirius subscription?

I would’ve probably not posted this or delete this unless you want Ford knowing you got a free BC. I’m fairly certain an XM radio company doesn’t do autonomous driving. I’m sure you know this too.

Yeah I figured it wasn’t tied into Sirius but having it turn back on after subscribing to XM, I had to ask.
