Beware of Lithia Driveway extended warranty.

Purchased their Driveway extended warranty because it was a CPO 2022 Ford F-150 Raptor. Really didn’t need it. Son moved to the big city where a vehicle wasn’t required. Sold the vehicle. Applied to Driveway for my refund. Got them all of the documents finally over 30 days of screwing around. Was just notified that processing would take 8 weeks and then 7-10 days for them to issue the check. What a bunch of BS. Don’t ever buy a warranty from them. They’re terribly dishonest!

That’s why I only buy the official ford esp warranty. The driveway looks to be some random third party warranty company.

As others have said, only buy Ford ESP. With the deals you can get online (Flood Ford, Grainer Ford, etc.) why risk a third party warranty. At least with the Ford ESP, you know what you are getting and what to expect (good and bad).

I get the aggravation that it will take 8-9 weeks to get the money back but you’re getting the money back. Where was the dishonesty in the transaction? I second others to avoid third party or dealer based ESP’s. Ford ESP only.

Zurich Insurance. Good solid company. They’re just a joke when it comes to business. Wonder why people don’t trust dealers?
