Best interior cell phone holder?

The design of this type of holder has room on the back for things such as pop socket and mag mount wallet. I use this the phone slides in and out and has room behind it.

Will this 'rugged' holder work with a 'regular' width case with a MagSafe wallet on the back? In other words, standard width, increased depth. Worried that I'd also need to switch the case to something wider like an otter box which i'd rather not do.

I just set the phone on the console lid on the hiways.
gets tossed into the front console cubby in town.
Really have no use for the phone while driving except for music.
if the truck can’t find the phone it will connect to the tablet that is always in the truck passenger seat.
im not all that chatty so I don’t need it to talk, besides, I can call from the center display.
if I need the phone, I will stop to have look.

Here is an option for the jump seat folks. Replace the head rest with a Gill Expedition replacement bracket that you can mount Ram mounts, phone mounts, CB, HAM, etc.

No, I purchased it on eBay. From a Superduty if I remember correctly. OEM Ford part.

I saw recently that someone posted an Amazon link for a Chinese clone for under $20 Looked pretty good. I would try that one if you're not a stickler about OEM parts.

Update - regular holder fit my iPhone with the MagSafe wallet w/o any issues. Very pleased to have a solution that doesn't require taking the wallet off.

Been my setup ever since Bulletpoint solutions came out. My vent is pointed down. I only use the vents during the summer. This has been my setup on three of my personal trucks. I also swap out the hardware for black standard nut and bolts.

Just got this tackform assault today. Don’t have to put screws in or take dash apart for nuts and bolts. But comes with the options to do so as well. I went with the 3m tape option for now. MagSafe mount is strong

I designed this MagSafe mount for my jump seat. Just put your MagSafe charger in it and rout the cord under the trim on the jump seat to the rear power ports!

Haven't seen anyone mention one of these yet.

I like to have my phone up where I can see it easily, and this works great. Has MagSafe charging, which I use with a compatible case on my Pixel phone. It bends into any position, so you can have it wherever you want it. Attaches with velcro pad secured with 3M tape, so decently removable and easy to place anywhere. Power runs down to port in front of console, so pretty inconspicuous.
