That's exactly how I did it, worked nicely. Trying to do 111 ft-lbs lying on the ground was a chore though.
It’s easier with the truck on jackstands. With the jackstands underneath each side of the rear axle. Pull both rear wheels off.

Have a 2024 king ranch f150. Wondering if I take the rear blocks out if I’ll be able to reuse the same u bolts or if I’ll have to get new ones

You can use the same ones, however they will be long and stick down and look odd, but it’s up to you. I spent the money on the 2x4 u-bolts and looks like OEM, and I kept the blocks and bolts just in case I ever wanted to go back. But I’m completely level and it looks awesome and with the Eibach pro suspension it feels awesome as well.

I couldn’t find this exact combination anywhere online, so thought I’d share.

I don't think I'm ready to get rid of the blocks just yet, still trying to decide if I want to keep it lowered, or put them back in, and raise the front to 'level' it.

Spacers are Part No. 5598 MSRP$29.38 from my local dealer, if you want to just buy some from Ford.
U-Bolts are Part No. 5705 MSRP$32.50 (backordered...)

If you are happy with not having blocks, blocks are not beneficial in any way other than raising the hight. It actually gives more leverage for axle wrap, especially big blocks. The longer stick leverage. If you do want to lift it I’d go shackles. Grease able if possible. Because it sits between spring and axle it is kinda a weak point. I am sure some 4x4 come without them, otherwise they would have just made spring bigger. If you haven’t already, upgrade the rear shocks. Major difference. Bigger difference than front. I put the falcons on. Just back at first and because I tow heavy trailer I put RAS spring helper. When cranked for weight it raises back up to 3/4 in. So I have my rear set up super sturdy I was able to remove my front sway bar. And boy what a difference in smoothness over bumps. Still handles great and helps when I go to races because it allows weight to transfer to rear end.
