The PB trucks have pretty light payloads, under 1500# on the KR and up trims. My XLT is 1587#, that is why I did not want the FX4 package, moonroof or 20" wheels. I got the 20" wheels but would have preferred the 18".

Someone forgot to tell my XLT that ~1470 sticker and doesn't even have a sunroof.
Around the ksu area in Kennesaw. Yeah I've done the research it seems pretty straight forward im just waiting till my warranty goes out or I get a tune. How much do the seats run for? I'm assuming they're leather ?
I've got ~1750 in them (new lariat leather) which includes new lariat leather for the rear seats as well (crew cab). Had them for ~500 miles while I built my current seats.

Now, the price you posted for the 2024, is that the finance price?

Recently I went to go check out a 2024 advertised at 64k down from 79k at 0.99%. With those rates it would have been a wash as my truck was 62.5k at 4.49%.

They advised me once I had test driven that the advertised price was cash pricing and I could have the 2024 at full price and 0.99%, or 64k at 8.99%.

I walked. If it looks too good to be true it is. Enjoy your 2023.

It's kinda silly that some of the higher trims get such low payload. I've seen some pretty close to 1000, my golf was right at 900. My XLT is at 1768 for some reason. Nice to have but can't say I think I'll fully utilize it

I have the 7350# payload package on my XLT, a 2024 PB Lariat on the lot has the 7400# payload package. Is the 7400# payload package tops on the F150?

Hi all,

I purchased my 2023 loaded XLT about 3 months ago, it's my first truck, my first domestic car and my first time buying a car. Overall I'm pretty happy with it besides some quality issues with interior trim rattling. Only regret is not getting a powerboost and 4a but that's on me

I got the truck 60k, a whole 7k under msrp at 1.9% and I thought I got such a great deal. I keep getting ads for current sales. Seeing a 2024 lariat powerboost fully loaded for 56k, and similarly equipped xlts going for 52k has been making me quite resentful. I would like to trade mine in but the 23s have seem to have depreciated a ton.

I put around 18k down(counting trade in) and would only get about 3k back for a trade( some people say dealers aren't taking 23 trade ins)making it kinda financially stupid to do so. I knew you lose alot of value right off the lot but didn't think it would be that much. What do y'all think? Anyone else feel similarly? What's the sweet spot for getting the most trade in value?
I am going to give you what I think is good advice on your situation. When you buy a vehicle such as you have especially a truck and the value has significantly gone down then do nothing except drive it. The value you get from owning and driving is immeasurable and then in about 4-5 years you will find it has a lot more value than you realize now. You see right now it seems like a big hit but because the F-150's retain their value so good over the long term you will do just fine. Keep driving and enjoy!

I did a dealer search when shopping for my F150. Within 100 miles of me (Atlanta area) there are still 100+ new 2023 F150s sitting on dealer lots, 27 of them are Raptors.

Those of us that bought a 2023 will be upside down for quite a few years.

At least we didn't buy a Ram........

Depends on the trim level. Higher trims usually depreciate more than the lower trims, in general. My STX stickered for 46 and I paid 33 for it. I checked and Carvana will pay me 34,200 for it. I'm sure a Ford dealer won't be anywhere close to that but due to the really low number of cars that were leased during the covid years, there is still a shortage of late model low mileage vehicles and very few dealers have anything in that price range. Even a base Frontier is 32k now. But, yeah, if you have a '23 60k truck, you are best to just drive it and enjoy it since there are so many pricey 23's left on dealers lots.
