If you want to do it yourself let me know and I'll tell you a working process for it
Thanks Hamma, think I'll just let them deal with it. Hard to see something so brand new (to me), have this issue. I don't think I'm a month into this yet. My '15 is still snug tight. I guess that's another whole "pre COVID vs COVID" conversation.

Any of the trucks that have the applique have this issue. Just get some 3m exterior double stick tape and reapply it.

Mine is slightly raised on my KR, not enough to bother me yet.
Thanks TB, I just don't want to snag it with a towel or a drive thru carwash and have it get ripped off.
Makes me think of all the cheats one can do... Maybe next truck will be a base F150, with Jess-Info, leather\massage seats and a glue on Platinum placard... Heck why stop there? I'll make it a Super duty F350 with fender badges!!!

I'm working on my XLarium right now. 302a is the sweet spot IMO at this point. So many easy parts to get. Assuming I'm not holding on parts for forever, I should have platinum equivalent seats (w/ memory), transfer case, full ambient lighting throughout, have the blacked out gloss front lariat style grille, and the sound system already blows them all out of the water. Already have the moving pedals, considering the steering column though I never move it.

I've also already got the front BC radars but won't waste time going with the eye tracker as I could succumb to the weight method which basically gives you eyes and hands free on every road. I don't care about the rear applique. I'm milling down my badges and going to laser engrave "PowerBoost" into them instead of F150 and trim level. I'm just going to buy the powerboost badge, scan it in my scanner and then create its font in fusion so I can use it all sorts of places.

I'm even going to make my own stainless powerboost dash badge making my truck x,xxx (vin) of 10,000. Yeah I made the number up, but it's limited in production :)

Maybe it'll be 007/100 cuz I can

Haha rock!
Well the parts for my MCS just left Tasca today so nees to figure how I'm going to do this.
Dealership will pay for half labor or I can do myself. Then I'll have all missing items.
I may look at another "builder upper" in the future.
One thing I've learned through ALL of this, is Ill order from Galpin (sorry, not Galpin, the one back east?) next time.
Really hate the games dealerships play

I have had mine for three months now and I have no detectable gap on mine. I could not slide a sheet of paper under it anywhere I looked. I assume mine is also taped, so it can be done so that it looks nearly flawless.

Mine was coming off pretty bad on my '22, but funny enough when the temps cooled off outside, it would sit back down somewhat. I was about to attempt a DIY, but traded it instead.

I have had mine replaced under warrantee. Then the truck got hit and the replacement was bad and separating. Body shop ordered another and it was worse than the one on the truck so they didn't install it. Waiting on another new one. Don't know when it will come but it has been months. The badge on mine is held on with clips ant there is 2 threaded studs so I don't think it can fall off. It really is a poor quality part.

It is a known issue and the warranty will replace it. My 2021 did it and my 22. Ford warranty both.

So I took a look at my tailgate and the platinum cover is lifting. Gap on both ends and along the top. Its not too bad yet, but I will contact my dealer when I get back home.

Mine has a small gap on one end. The tailgate has to be down and you have to be looking for it to notice. Not worth messing with it., yet.
