Almost perfect OEM filler tube

Confirmed to fit Gen 3 5.0s. Installs with a very satisfying click sound when tightened down.

It's "almost perfect" because it is not "perfectly vertical". I do wonder if you paired two together, if you could get it perfectly vertical.

Did my first oil change with the harbor freight funnel kit, It worked perfect. It made it so easy and quick to pour the five quart jugs

That looks good, I considered that option, but you can see the hose for the catch can directly above the filler tube in my picture, so that one was not about to work for my application and many who have a catch can installed.

Turns out the custom 3D printed funnel I have for my KTM worked perfect on my 5.0. Does not lock or thread in to the Coyote but it somehow made it possible for me to pour 7.7 quarts in without spilling a drop..... rare for me.

I recently learned I have “free” access to a 3D printer, so I’m going to try printing this:

My hope is it will pair perfectly with the filler tube to give me a spill free fill. Will update this thread with photos when I try it, but it may not be for some time.

This Ford part number fits perfectly on 2025 f150 with 5.0: aswell. HL3Z-6763-B

It's listed to only fit up to 2018 or 2019 or something, but it clearly fits, so probably fits all year models between the listed max and 2025. No modifications necessary.

Don’t know how much I sent down the side during my last fill, but it was enough to make it to the ground, so yeah, hoping this will prevent that from happening again.

I can confirm the Ford filler neck will fit the Gen 4 5.0, super nicely in fact. In addition, I also purchased a thread-in oil funnel and it's a fantastic setup. Super easy

Changed my oil over the weekend, had a “third hand” to make this my first ever spill free oil change with this vehicle.

Hard to tell in the pic, but the catch can tube perfectly snugs down the funnel into the extension tube.

Back when I drove a VW I used Liqui Moly oil. The jug had a pull out spot built right in under the cap. It made pouring the oil a breeze.
