A used bracket can be found on ebay for around $100 if you can find a cheap used CCM separately. The CCM just slides and locks into the bracket.

Adding Co-Pilot Assist 2.0 sounds intriguing, but the process seems quite intricate, especially with the modules required. I'm curious about the practicality and potential challenges involved. Any tips from those who have attempted this upgrade?

I just depends. Most likely the CCM won't show associated to the truck one you do a network scan in FDRS. Once it does, if there is an update you should be able to do it right away.
So I just checked on Moto Module Build Data and seems like the truck has let the mothership know about the CCM now. I might have some time to do the FDRS updates this coming weekend.

Hey John,
It's tough to answer this as I am a tinkerer and so on a scale of 1-3, 3 being most difficult I rate this no more than a 2, maybe 1. If you are engineering minded like me, no issue. If you have a truck and don't understand many of its features, then pass on mods like this.
That said, I see your next steps as:
1) read through every post in this thread.
2) determine what wiring is needed if any
3) determine parts you need
4) re-read this thread, check out how to remove grill and bumper
5) order the parts
6) just before installing note any current DTC and then install parts, level CCM
7) note any current DTC and backup all modules associated with mod in FORScan
8) make the FORScan changes, especially getting the VIN to CCM correct (this is a trip up for some). I can send you my specific changes for MY23 XLT 302A with 360 cameras. Let me know if you want it.
9) Patiently calibrate CCM
10) backup all modules again with FORScan, clear DTC
11) enjoy the satisfaction of adding a usable feature to your F150 and telling anybody you meet about it, especially Cybertruck, chevy, Toyota, and RAM drivers :)

Anyone else find the driver assist super annoying on a long highway drives? I'm constantly fighting the steering wheel pressure. Wrist gets tired after 5 minutes vs no assist i barely have to guide the steering wheel.

Many I have heard find relief from a 2# ankle weight.

John, many of us successfully added Co-Pilot Assist 2.0 to a variety of different MY and trims. I know it’s daunting, but if you take the time to read through this entire thread, you’ll learn how many of us are now enjoying Co-Pilot Assist.

Nothing to fight these days. I think the February updates nailed Lane Centering on my truck.

It was the infamous suite of updates for Bluecruise 1.4 and were available via FDRS.
Really tightened things up. Borderline elegant. For a Ford, especially. :)

I’m having trouble with this. I have a 401a tremor with nav and xm delete. Was also downgraded to copilot 2.0 without assist but I have 360 cams and (I think) the wires going to the IPMA. I tried installing the ccm today with a bumper harness swap and did a bunch of forscan changes. I was getting forward collision assist errors that I got to go away once I started removing the IACC (since I don’t have nav) but I have not been able to get the ccm to populate in forscan whatsoever. I’ve started removing TJA but still nothing. I can’t even get normal cruise control to work - I get a “adaptive cruise control not available” prompt. Is there something I did wrong?
My IPMA now has dtc’s that say it is not communicating with the blind spot detection modules c and d. Is there possibly a plug that didn’t get connected back correctly or did I get a bad CCM? Any help is appreciated

Did you make all the changes then rescan with forscan to find the CCM module? You won't get IACC working without nav so just leave all that disabled and the TSR to camera only. From what I can tell from your picture above, yours is prewired to the right connector from the front bumper.

Thanks. I’m a knucklehead and kept loading the old profile but once I went and re read your posts I realized my mistake. It works now! The lane centering isn’t great around town and constantly pulls me out of lane around intersections where the lines change, ie, bicycle lanes appear past the lights. I suppose I’ll only use it on longer drives anyway and I’m very happy with regular ACC.
I did have forward collision not working prompts until I disabled the IACC in the IPMA. Perhaps I’ll add NAV later to get that working. Thanks for all the info!! ?

You likely need to at least calibrate the lane centering (process run through the IPMA). The new software stack makes a night and day difference as well.

I don’t see a way to do that. I see lane keeping calibration but not lane centering
