6.2.0 on nov 1
6.2.0 update on dec 6
6.4.0 on dec 8

Last two happend at home while on WiFi. Not sure if the entire update was WiFi but I am seeing a lot more traffic from the truck than before.

Typically see a couple kb to maybe a mb a month. 210mb so far in dec.

Check your about Sync version, 6.4.0 would not have installed if 6.3.0 didn't install first.
The 2nd 6.2.0 bumped me up to
23291 / 1049
I think this was the equivalent to 6.3.0 as mentioned in another thread.

still the same after 6.4.0

You, are correct. 6.2.0 version 2, came to certain trucks and should be the equivalent of 6 3.0 that other trucks recieved

It has been noted that the 6.3.0 update was a stealthy update that a lot of people did not get notifications about it downloading and/or installing.

The two updates for 6.2.0 and updated 6.2.0 (23-PU1103-NAT-VCE) were gateway module (GWM) updates.

6.3.0 is an APIM update - I reviewed the Power Up spreadsheet and i am fairly certain that APIM updates are the only updates that will update sync version and revision. If you are showing 23291 Rev 1049 then you received the 6.3.0 with knowledge of it.

6.2.0 version 2 is apparently an APIM update. :)

I got a CEL yesterday and the code was U061E manufacturer control. This equates to "axillary battery isolator." Research shows there is a SSM on this for 21-22 trucks even though mine is a 23. I cleared the code twice yesterday. Today I got 6.4.0 and no CE upon startup. Is it possible the CEL was related to the update?

`23-PU1103-NAT-VCENov 2023 If you recently received the 6.2.0 update, we've just re-released the same version with a few enhancements to improve your driving experience. Display Updates You may have noticed that things look a little different on your vehicle screen today. That’s because we’re continuing to improve the modern design to make it simple to navigate and find what you’re looking for. A few changes you’ll notice include a smaller top bar and we’ve moved some icons to make it easier to view. A dedicated user profile button has even been added. Record Feedback For this latest Ford Power-Up software update, we listened to your feedback and made it easier for you to continue to share your experiences by recording and sending voice feedback from the convenience of your vehicle. Prior to this update, access for this feature was in the Settings-General menu. But now it’s been moved to the App screen and will be available whenever your vehicle is activated in FordPassGWM

I just received 6.4.0 today after driving the truck into town . I also have the bell icon on the screen saying I have an update that will install tonight at my scheduled time. Says the truck will be available by 12.55 am. Update is scheduled for 12:10 am.

The update is probably 6.5.0, I got it last night, with it being cold out now there's always the danger of the OTA failing due to a low SOC condition. It only takes a few minutes to install. When your done with the truck for the day go to settings/updates and push "install now". The screen will count down 2 minutes for you to exit the truck. Hop out, lockup and in about 12 minutes Fordpass will pop-up showing install successful.

I know I wasn't seeing things, but the bell icon is gone and there are no updates ready to install. Ford pass does show 6.4.0. I have used the install now option before. I haven't used my truck in about a week, so probably 6.4.0 was sitting and waiting. I almost always have my truck on a Noco maintainer because the truck will sit for a while. No big deal, I am almost always a month behind when a new update is announced .

2023 Plat built April. EA member, for what it’s worth. Have never received an OTA on my truck. Truck connected to WiFi in garage, scheduled to auto download updates. Also have job 1 2021 Mach E that has been getting all the 6 series updates including 6.13 today.

Problem with.truck OTA, or could it be all these updates were loaded at build last Spring (which I doubt)?
