When I purchased my 22 in January they would not let me combine anything with the 0/72 except the $1000. I ended up taking $7500 in rebates and getting my own financing.I almost thought $3500.00 plus 0% for 72 months was too good to be true......and for me so far, it is!!!
Did you ever get the rebate? I am having same issue, see below:I'm being offered $1000.00 for ordering a 22MY, plus $500.00 for a total of $1500.00 with no special financing at all!! Even though my 21MY still shows up on Ford's marketing departments computer, "Smart Vincent", they're still treating me as if I only ordered a 22MY!!
I certainly did not get the $3500 rebate for those who missed out on MY21 and had to re-order a MY22. I ended up with $2500 rebates, but have no idea what they were for. I had to sign a form saying my rebates were to be used as down payments. The sales manager just lumped them together, even though there were individual lines for each one. The $2500 were 3 different rebates.Did you ever get the rebate? I am having same issue, see below:
Help.
I ordered my F-150 Platinum in July of 2021. Rolled over to to a 2022 model. Truck arrived this week and I was expecting the $3,500 MYCO rebate (offer 38276).
Dealer agreed that, according to information, I was entitled to that. However, it is not showing on my file and he can't get anyone at Ford to Authorize him to give it to me. He did however, say that Ford was offering me 72 months interest free which was ONE of the options under the MYCO. He said someone selected the Interest free option, though I never did.
Since I am paying cash with $40k trade and so the 72 months interest free is useless to me. Sure, I could go ahead and finance the whole 72k, but then I would end up paying sales tax on the entire amount.
My questions is, what options, if any, do I have? I called Ford standard toll free number several times before the truck arrived but never got anywhere. Any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
I am so mad, I might just file a small claims lawsuit against Ford just for the heck of it. Since I have not purchased, I have no arbitration agreement. I hate to do that, and will likely lose given that Ford probably has great attorney's, but Ford has really jerked me around on this one.
Good for you!!! Chalk one up for us, the little guys.......stickin' it to the Man!!!I certainly did not get the $3500 rebate for those who missed out on MY21 and had to re-order a MY22. What was interesting is I got, about 2 weeks later, another $1000 directly from Ford. It was called Ford Built for Growth AXZD Plan Customers. Still don't know what that is about. Mine was an A Plan purchase.
One other interesting thing has happened. About week and 1/2 ago I got a call from the sales manager and he told me I wasn't supposed to get that $1000 check from Ford. Didn't say why, but he wanted it back. I told him I had received the money and had spent it. My petty cash wasn't large enough to give him a $1,000.
That money is yours, Ford sent it to you!Good for you!!! Chalk one up for us, the little guys.......stickin' it to the Man!!!
I love it!!!
That was my thinking also. That money is yours, Ford sent it to you!
When I ordered my 21MY Stang, Ford sent a $1000.00 check directly to me too!
Reminds me of when Soupy Sales got in trouble for asking his child viewers to look for little green pieces of paper in their parents room and to send them to him.One other interesting thing has happened. You got a steal with 6k in rebates. Which rebates did ya get? I ordered in October as well.Bought my 22 that I ordered in October and when I went to "close" was given a total of $6000 in rebates, on of which was a PCO (I never ordered a 21). Not sure what happened but I'll take it because somehow I ended up paying $49,000 for a loaded BAP Platinum with that discount, 16k trade for my 2015 XLT with 165k miles and X-plan. Couldn't have been happier.
