I spent about 3 hours Sunday cleaning all the old wheel weight glue off the back of my wheels. The new tires are taller and I raised my coilers about a 1/4 inch for a little clearance.
I put about 200 miles on the truck this weekend and could not be happier with the tire setup. The truck rides and drives like a normal F150. The tires are smooth as glass from 0mph until the speed cutoff at about 112mph. The ride and handling is 10 times better.

Truck looks awesome man! Glad you got it sorted out...mine has been smooth sailing ever since I got rid of the Toyo's!

Those will definitely be my last Toyo/Nitto purchase, and I have bought a bunch of them.
I appreciate all you help while we sorted these trucks out!
Now I still need to put the stock rear springs back in the truck!

You're most welcome...I did put the stock rear leaf's back in mine. But the ride was a little harsh, so I removed the composite helper spring. Rides very nice without it...so if you decide you don't like the ride with the composite spring, at least now you know it will work without it.

I'll post up my 4 link install after Christmas...no more leaf springs for me here shortly!

Here is what the ride height looks like with the composite helper removed with stock shackles.

You are reading my mind, I was waiting on Ride Tech to do a 4 link kit, what are you going to use?

Twisted Metalworkz out of California...they sell a very nice 4 link kit that utilizes Viking coil overs. You can choose between a "drag" setup or a "street" setup. I choose the street setup since I didn't want excessive NVH from using heim joints. You do have to weld it on...but that's no problem for me. But it is a consideration for some. They shipped the entire kit out less than a week after I ordered it, and Raul has been great to deal with. He answers the phone and is very willing to help with any questions/concerns. I'll know more once I actually start installing the kit, but from what I've seen so far, I'm very happy with the quality of the kit.

Here is a link to a video they did on a 2023 F150...this is the "drag" setup.

That is going to be a trick setup. Do you have to cut the inside of the bed or does it clear?

It clears without having to cut the bed.

It’s definitely not a bolt on solution. But I think in the long run this will be better than a bolt on solution. Since those styles are limited in design since they try to reuse as much of the factory mounts as possible.

Take some good installation pictures, I think it will ride and handle much better.

Absolutely amazing looking kit! Thank you for sharing their information. This is a project I definitely see myself doing in the near future!

Looks great and great info on the tires. I see a few different versions of getting rid of the leafs. Kelderman makes an air bag 4 link and Bwoody has a 3 link setup. I’ve also been keeping an eye on that twisted setup but the welding part was what I was intimidated with vs the bolt ons.

I’m curious, what did you use to get the wheel weight adhesive off your wheels?
I had to remove adhesive of my summer wheels to have new tires installed, and it was all but impossible. Love your truck.

I’m really liking mine, so far, but attempted level at stock/rear height on a still stock truck.

awesome build! do the power seats allow you to lower your seating position relative to the factory manual seat height? I prefer to sit lower and thats a big gripe I have with mine currently.

Since my family is not having Christmas until Friday, I spent Christmas Day adding sound deadening material to the roof of the truck. I had previously installed the material every where else.
Dropping the headliner was no big deal, but I did discover that ford glues all the cab wiring to the head liner. I had not seen this before. With the headliner hanging down, it's not much trouble to unplug the connectors except for the back corners. I did not remove the rear cover trim, so I had to stick my arm behind the trim to unplug the corner connectors. Unplugging was fairly easy, but getting them plugged back in took me a good hour.
Once the sound deadening material was installed, I got the headliner back in place, and ran the wiring for my Gentex auto dim and home link mirror that had been lying on the tool box for months. I bought this mirror for my old ZR2 from Bob's mirrors. He sent me a harness for the mirror when I bought the Ford that needed to be run to a power and ground source.
Everything was good went well on the install, other than the mirror does not Work. I think the harness is pinned wrong. I sent Bob an email, so hopefully it can be fixed with a pin moved.
