I have a very slight noise on light acceleration, like a vibration. Sounds like it's coming from passenger rear, so I assume high frequency rattle around the exhaust somewhere. Probably heat shield. It stops when running on electric. Can't seem to replicate while in park. It's not been annoying enough to worry about since I can only hear it with the radio off.
I'm getting a similar noise from what I think is the same area of the truck. It happens mostly in lower gears, and on turns, especially when I'm turning left. Will get it when accelerating at low speeds in 5th gear and below too.

Not a '24, but I've had two '23s with questionable quality control

'23 XLT 302a made in Dearborn
- Insufferable wind noise. Tried adjusting the striker in and the striker bolt broke. That was fun rolling into the dealership hanging onto the driver door...
- Poor bed alignment, poor door alignment
- Dreaded vibration in the steering wheel/pedal issue; this was the nail in the coffin for getting rid of it.

'23 XLT 302a made in Kansas
- Squeaky break pedal. Easy fix, but annoying for a brand new truck.
- Tailgate fell off a week after I had it. The body must have flexed just the right way for it to pop out. The open hinge on mine doesn't have a retaining bolt like some tailgates due (mine doesn't even have a thread for one).
- Door seal rubbing on driver door. Dealer moved in the striker and the issue is gone. The door is not aligned perfectly now but not enough for me to take it back to their body shop.
- The interior plastic is creaky, creaky, creaky. My wife's 2019 Edge is creak free. The vehicle "feels' solid, where as this F-150 feels like its going to fall apart. The interior looks nice, but feels so damn cheap.

I cam from years of Chevy's over to Ford. Got wooed by the better tech and more comfortable seats, but didn't realize just how bad the QC was on Fords. I've had my share of problems with Chevy's but nothing like this...

How does a tailgate fall off?

Was it open?

I went to open the tailgate to load up the truck bed and it popped out of the right hinge. I was lucky enough to catch it before it scratched the truck. It did pop back in and I haven't had an issue since. I get that tailgates are designed to be removed, but not at random. Heh...

2024 PowerBoost 502A with FX4. ~30K miles now and just had the transfer case output shaft seal replaced under warranty. Now whenever I let off gas and it goes to Electric, and then I press gas pedal again, it has a hard reengagement, like letting off the clutch too fast in a manual transmission. Thoughts or anyone else experience this?

6,000 miles. When I hit a bump, or leave a surface unevenly (e.g., driveway to roadway, where one wheel lands then the other), I get a thunk or rattle (think of the sound a hammer makes in an otherwise empty plastic tool box -- something like a thud or thump, muffled yet amplified by the space) that sounds like it comes from the rear passenger area, behind the rear sound material, but it does not (I rode with the seats down and it more likely is outside reverberating inside). It also occurs if I hit a bump with only one side of the vehicle, like a repaired pot hole, or any road that has the equivalent of a washboard surface. I have removed everything, made sure the rear window motor clears sufficiently, removed (and tightened) the jack, etc. I just can't find it.

Do these things get noisy body mounts/bushings? When I rock the truck by pulling on a oh-sh!t handle from the inside, the suspension does not make the noise, so that is why I am leaning toward a body issue.
