My 2022 PB had to have the rear differential seal replaced twice. I think that's fairly common.

I'm getting a similar noise from what I think is the same area of the truck. It happens mostly in lower gears, and on turns, especially when I'm turning left. Will get it when accelerating at low speeds in 5th gear and below too.

The early PB years deservedly got poor ratings. Lots of warranty work, especially the heat exchanger valve issue. I got rid of my 2022 this spring, because of multiple warranty repairs that occurred twice. Trying again with a 2024, though. Love the trucks.

If you turn off lane keeping, the blue cruise doesn't kick in. Mine does the same as yours hanging too close to the right line, so I turn it off in close traffic. I'm still getting used to it. It's kinds like riding with my kids when they're learning to drive.

My 2015 2.7 fuel economy dropped in the winter too. My 2022 Powerboost still gets better mileage than that did in the winter.

How are you all getting compensation (payments/extended warranty) from Ford? My Powerboost has been in since June 11. I called customer "care" on Monday. They told me I could rent a truck on my own and get reimbursed when my truck was fixed. No other offer. Dealer had nothing for me to drive...
