I'm getting a similar noise from what I think is the same area of the truck. It happens mostly in lower gears, and on turns, especially when I'm turning left. Will get it when accelerating at low speeds in 5th gear and below too.
The early PB years deservedly got poor ratings. Lots of warranty work, especially the heat exchanger valve issue. I got rid of my 2022 this spring, because of multiple warranty repairs that occurred twice. Trying again with a 2024, though. Love the trucks.
Mine seems to hug the lane to the right more, but it seems to do it less when I'm using blue cruise, which makes no sense. Some of it may be perspective, because I've had times I felt it was too far over, but when I turned on the 360 camera view, I was dead center. Sometimes it feels like it...

If you turn off lane keeping, the blue cruise doesn't kick in. Mine does the same as yours hanging too close to the right line, so I turn it off in close traffic. I'm still getting used to it. It's kinds like riding with my kids when they're learning to drive.
