We also took our 2022 Lincoln Aviator Reserve with the 10 speed trans and 47k miles in a couple of months ago because of hard shifting between park/drive, drive/reverse, etc, and dealership ended up telling us the transmission needed to be replaced. The replacement took a month to complete. They did provide us a nice courtesy car at no cost.
I’m am finding I’m not a fan of these 10 speed, driving habit automatic adaptive programming to the transmission. I think this is the main issue for these.
