Hey all I have a 2023 F150 with 12k miles and still have the OEM breaks, I know some guys here have trucks with 80k miles with original pads, not sure how, but on mine they are super loud and squeaky after not driving for about an hr, usually last for a mile or so, super annoying, just wondering if this is normal or not. Don't really do any hard breaking or had any emergency breaking ever done in the truck. Thanks in advance

I'm not sure I follow the post...
But sometimes you can get debris caught between the rotor and the dust shield or even the rotor and the caliper.
This recently happened on my wife's Explorer and I had to dislodge a little pebble that had gotten between the rotor and dust shield.

My 2023 has 62K miles. I vaguely remember squeaking when I first had it, but haven't heard anything recently.

I have a 2023, and there is no brake noise at all; there is plenty of heavy braking, as I'm in Sport mode 60% of the time.

My low mileage truck brakes squeal first thing in the morning coming out of the garage. I hear other Fords in the neighborhood do the same thing. Like you, I only do gentle braking due to the extra safe manner in which I drive. Try giving the brakes a firm stop once in a while, maybe just before parking it. I'll bet the issue goes away.

Coming up on 130K and still have the original brakes, albeit 90% of those miles are highway miles. Nary a peep.

Rotors can develop surface rust overnight, especially in more humid environments. You're just hearing that layer wear off the first couple of times you hit the brakes after the truck has sat. No biggie.

Another here with an occasional squeak depending on weather on the first few stops of the day, 45k with no noticeable pad wear yet, just inspected at last tire rotation in the garage a few weeks ago. As others have suggested, an inspection to make sure there isn't any debris lodged between something might be a good idea, and you can also get a good look at any pad wear during that time.

I've read that the rears are usually the first to go, as our trucks evident.y modulate speed during cruise control use by lightly applying rear breaks (brakes) when necessary. Not sure about it myself but wouldn't be surprised.

Hi there! Would you send us a private message with your VIN and dealership name and location? I’d like to look into this concern on my end.
