Yeah, it's a bit disappointing; perhaps, that's part of the low cost(5% below invoice) dealership experience. The dealer replaced Tow Tech with Tow package and 360 camera, which is about $700 more and as far as I can tell provides no more functionality. At least this change has apparently removed me from order-purgatory--chat told me my order has been raised from priority code 10 to 2. Still waiting to be scheduled...

I hope it helps you. My dealer told me that the 360 Camera was a non-starter for a '22 order at the end of March. Maybe it is different depending on trim level. I ordered an XL (STX) and 360 camera was balanced out for me by 3/28.

Well, got my window sticker on Wednesday 17th. I was scheduled for production week of 22. I've had no emails pushing me back. I'm lucky I suppose.

Got my second apology email from Ford. ? ...still not scheduled, but no holds or noted issues.
I saw a half dozen new F150s while at the local dealer having our Explorer inspected today. Anecdotal, but that's five more than they had last time I was there in June.

I got the apology email today too. Everything is removed that should be (auto stop/start) and I don’t have park assist. Just the normal ford copilot assist 2.0. The only thing holding me back is the black appearance package but I see those going out left and right now. Very confused

Ordered KR Powerboost 3/21. Checked yesterday and although it was priority 2 it showed “Balanced Out”. That I understand means it won,t be built. I guess time is up for a lot of folks. Just have to wait and see if there’s any conversion to a 23 or if it’s starting all over again.

Happy Ending. Two days after my King Ranch was "Balanced Out" I was able to purchase the same truck with all the options I had ordered (plus a couple more) and the color I wanted from my dealer. They had this truck in transit and agreed to sell it to me under the same terms as the one I had ordered back on 3/21. They certainly did't have to do this. I fully expected I'd have to wait on a 23 and maybe scale it back a little because of price increases. This truck was built 1/3 and not shipped until 7/16 so it had all the constraint items I had to remove from my order. I know there are a lot of great auto/truck dealers out there but I think from my experience Akins Ford in Winder,GA is among the best. Best of luck to all still waiting!

I was told the moon roof was delaying my order (3/29/22) so I had to remove it. We’ll see if that hurries anything along

Lucky my has said in production for over a week now. At that rate no wonder it takes so long to get one. Said it was scheduled for production the week of 8/22 so got a bit excited when they said it was in production last week but....

I just got an email that my production date has changed now the week of 9/19/22 (originally 9/12/22) and ordered 3/5/22. Lets see if this sticks. At least my 2017 is paid off so each delay is more downpayment..

So I got my in production email on 8/15. Now I have an in production date of 8/26. But not built yet on 8/31. Starting to think this timeline they give and emails are full of it. So here we are 10 days shy of 6 months since ordered and still no clue what the status is. Frustrating. I remember when I ordered my 2015 and it took 9 weeks. I thought that was long back then. Still holding hope to get PPF and tint before it snows but.........

Oh the time line they give is complete BS. Had a blend date of 8/11 and Ford chat told me it would supposedly be at my dealership next week sometime. However haven’t gotten any built emails so I’m almost certain it’s sitting in a lot somewhere waiting for chips, but they won’t tell me it’s on a chip hold.

Just strap in and prepare for the ride brother

I guess I got lucky. Got the email everyone else got about checking in every 45 days on july 1. Got a email along with production date of August 22. Received that email on July 7.
Checked tracking on it August 18 and received window sticker. Got email truck had shipped on August 25th!

I didn't have anything "special" I'm assuming on mine that would've held it up. Not sure why you guys would be held up. I was told by the owner of the dealership he would put a priority on it if it gets in production. Priority code 12 at beginning, then went to a 2 when it was scheduled.
