I've been stuck here since November. How far behind am I for a 2021 job one?

I picked up my truck yesterday from the dealership and now have full screen CarPlay and Alexa enabled! Not sure if they did any other modules or updates, but I’m happy to report that my dealership seems to be willing to help in these situations.
In case it helps others…I do have the premium care warranty which might be part of the reason they helped me out, and I had screenshots from the MyFord chat showing where they told me my OTAs were not installing properly.

My question to group is, will FordPass ever update from the updates that I installed with FDRS?
I was on 22177 Rev.473 updated it to get to 22293 Rev.610 (Completed March 04, 2023)
FordPass still shows my last update was Nov, 2022 with the POPA update.
Will this just be stuck this way until (if ever) Ford sends out another update to my truck? or did I miss something in FDRS to get this synced.
Doesn't really bother me, just curious.

No OTA history in the past 60 days so I don't know what your last OTA was, but based on your Sync version, you are a bit behind. Do you remember the last update you got?
3.5.3 was sent to your truck twice and it failed to download the files it needed both times before the update timed out. Very common issue with this update.

No OTA's since 3.5.3 failed back in February, but you updated yourself so you should be up to date.

The last update I had was the one to the 22177 back in October or November. At this point I think it may time to bite the bullet and use FDRS myself.

rugedraw, are you still checking VINs in this thread? Curious to see what mine says now. I took my truck in with a complaint about Sync a little over a month ago now. Of course they didn’t find anything. Or do anything really. But after I took it in, the updates apparently went from 2.7.4 to 2.7.3. I even got notified on my phone through FordPass. Seems odd.

Yes, I am. I was out of town over the weekend, but I'm back.
Your truck is behind on updates. You were sent 2.7.3 mid-march, but it failed the same day due to error code "ecuId":"1824". I have seen that code several times, but not sure what it means. The fact that you are getting updates is good, but Ford does not push out those old updates often, so hopefully the next time you get it, you have better luck.
