Update: Truck is at the dealer as of this morning. They did a master reset that booted me out of my Ford pass app, so I guess I will have to reconnect once I get the truck back. Service Tech said they did two recalls (wiper motor and arm) and were trying to update the APIM as of 4pm. Hopefully...

Thanks! I already have the recommended charger so I will try that this weekend. My daily commute is 45 mins to 1 hr, and battery was replaced last fall. Also the start/stop works fine, so I think the battery is good but I honestly haven’t thought about trying the charger again. Will give it a shot!
