I tried the 00 for Fold folding version, but the mirrors would not fold when locking/unlocking the truck. Is there another code in another module that needs to be changed to make the Ford version work when unlocking/locking the truck?

Could be a known problem. Autofold yes/no is set by profile. If a autofold yes profile locks the truck and a autofold profile no later tries to unlock then the mirrors stay folded. Even the fold button on the door is disabled.

Have to set autofold to yes and cycle to get the mirrors unfolded and the button working.

Where you by chance using multiple fobs set to different profiles?

I was helping a friend do the mirror fold on his 2017 F250 and it didnt work at first, but then i manually folded and unfolded with the button inside on driver door, then tried via keyfob and magically just started working. weird. Just thought i'd throw it out there, maybe it will work for you?

I don't have any profiles set up, and I only have one FOB.

Finally...SUCCESS! For some reason the mirror toggle button was not showing on my Sync screen. Once I got that to show up, they worked. Tried the Licoln style and it worked, but as others have said the puddle lights would not work with the Lincoln style version. So back to the Ford version until someone figures out the Lncoln + puddle light version. Thanks all!

Not sure if this has been said but if you our on 2.3.58 forscan program and have issue its because of bit defender security i just ran into this on my laptop.. you will need to turn off the security to allow the program to load.. or that's what i had to do to get it to work.. any one else run into this?

I'm sure this is the wrong place for this, but my searches have come up empty, so apologies in advance.

I've been trying to do some of these mods since I bought my '22 PB over a year ago.
To this day, and over several versions of Forscan I have NEVER been able to access my IPMA. It ALWAYS gets hung up at 27%. I thought I remember coming across a thread discussing this exact issue a few months ago, but now I can't find it.

Am I missing something dumb?, is there an issue with my module?, maybe take to dealer and request a forced update?

Any assistance is appreciated, I have had ZERO issues implementing mods to other modules. Only the ones that involve IPMA.

After seeing a post with a similar issue that suggested using a better ob2 adapter, I bought a new one and it worked.
Previously I had been using an old Bluetooth adapter that apparently worked well enough for everything else except the IPMA. Purchased a Forscan recommended adapter, and we're up and running.

Anyone who enabled the unreal theme and the climate bar also get the fan control to work? I can control everything else except the fan through the climate bar. The slider moves but the actual fan speed does not change. Did I miss something to get it to work? The physical buttons do work as intended still.

Just in the deep snow/mud mode… I tried it until about 35kph in my neighborhood and it’s good enough for me.

If I recall that mode forces 4x4 and rear locker on and can't turn off. Not useful for general usage.

You are correct that it changes to 4H and I can’t recall if the rear diff is locked or not (I think it definitely is in deep mud mode)… It would be nice to be able to use it going full speed on a freeway, but I really only need it to navigate some of the fire roads on the way into a few of my properties. So it works for my use case.

Whenever I mess with Forscan I seem to disable them. I think I reset all the modules back to stock but they still do not work.
Anything specifically I should look for?
Is there an easy (and safe) way to completely reset all the forscan settings back to stock? In case I messed with something I didnt realize.
I did my best to replace all the modules to stock that I touched, but still did not fix it. Makes me think I made some change I did not reset or realize. So would like to start from scratch.

Did you do a SAVE before any changes? If so, should be able to upload the original module settings.

if you are using forscan you can go to as built and reload the module back to OEM.
