Was trying to get the rear cameras working (50/50 VS in motion). Got the soft touch button, but not finding the correlating IPMA change to get it to switch camera view. Change the APIM 7D0-01-01 & 7D0-01-04 accordingly. Mind sharing the line items you tried? Might be one of those images not available on my firmware. Appreciate it.

Yeah no dice. Very strange. Wonder if there’s other things linked to it. Seemed too easy to do for Bronco. However I did manage to find out how turn off Eco mode lol. I ran out of time messing about so I give up.

I stated that it was 50/50 views. Not rock crawl. Just have to enable rock crawl feature in the IPMA for the 50/50 views to work. It uses the same feed that rear rock crawl does in the IPMA if i remember correctly.

My apologies I didn't think they were linked at all. I returned my setting back to the original and the view still works. I believe rock crawl cameras might rely on a park assist circuit but who even knows at this point lol. No more time tonight to really mess with it but will try again this weekend.

I changed mine back to default C but you can try F if what you already have is C like mine.

I did have the "C". I'll revert, and try again. Thinking the software version I'm on is restricting the view as it's a 22 and the turn signal view did the same thing. Appreciate the response.

I couldn't wait! Went out and made a few changes and look what shows up now instead of Speed Sign Recognition, will try it out tomorrow and see what happens. BTW the lack of the "full view not available" now is very nice, thanks @antho!

Tried it out today a little and... it works! It definitely slows the truck down more when speed changes decrease. It definitely doesn't wait until it see the sign then changes, it is much more gradual and smooth now it seems like. I'll have to try it out more to see where it does and doesn't work. I have a feeling it is going off GPS speed that is has in the database then predicting changes that way. As a few times it didn't predict the speed change, just saw the sign Haven't tried it going around any curves at all yet to see what happens there.

I also wonder if there is an IPC change for it as well. I noticed in the MME I had last week, when it changed there was sorta a ghosted speed sign that would pop up if I remember right. But here you just start to see the set speed change gradually. My truck did get a IPC update last week so wonder if there are some new feature in there now as well.

What does it say when you hit the info button on that?

Ha I almost took a picture of that last night, but it has a full graphic popup that explains it with a little F150 animation.

and i have body control dtc and gateway dtc again, even though everything is working.
can it be related to the glare free
my 7DO-02-02 XXX* IS A 2?? NOT A 0 OR 1 OR 4 OR 5 OR 6 OR 7
NOW I NEED TO GO FIND what is changing that? my as built is at ford is a 0, but the truck sees a 2

I've been reading through the previous posts here, and I can't find information as to what you did to change "speed sign recognition" to "Tolerance". can you post this for us?

looks like a xxx2 means climate bar. You should try xxx3 keeps the climate bar and removes blackbox.

What a week, finally getting rid of the "full view not available" for the rear camera when driving, and also adding the 50/50 view.

Big thanks to those who have put in the time and effort to figure this stuff out.

now only if we solve the turn signal camera activation easier than downloading a super duty file

my other question is the rear view mirror is 100% correct on whats on each side of truck
but the view from the center camera on cab and tailgate is flipped side to side
the big box you see is on the passenger side, not the driver in real life

should have read rear view mirror is 100% correct while both rear cameras move objects to wrong side of truck. both of these pics the buildings and box are really on other side

my bus camera for rear view is what you see in real life.

Those of you who have successfully enabled the 50/50 view at speed, any suggestions for me?

I get the soft button on the cam view list, but when I click on it the views don’t pop up. I do hear the beep but that’s it.

Removal of the black box on the rear cam worked great.

Here are my values:

IPMA 706-02-02 xxxx-Fxxx-xx-- (original was C)

APIM 7D0-01-01 xxxx-2xxx-xx-- (original was 0)

APIM 7D0-01-04 xxxx-xxxx-x9-- (original was 8)

I did reset the APIM. I also tried D, and the original C on the IPMA setting as well with no luck.

I have a ‘22 502A with all the cool Forscan mods other than I prefer the APIM without the climate bar (original style, with Unreal).

These are the only settings I have in my truck for the views. 9 would be correct with your values otherwise. Hmm

My IPMA continues to remain as C

The only thing I can think of is when I put the IPMA value back to C like it was, and like yours, I didn’t reset the APIM.

I don’t think that should matter tho as that isn’t an APIM change.

I just now found this. The 50/50 rear cams come up for me when I’m in reverse and click the trailer icon. I don’t think I had this view before. I had reverse guidance, but I don’t think I had the split view like this.

So I’m close. It just won’t come up when I tap the rear 50/50 button. Won’t come up while driving, stopped in drive, nothing.
